Chương 3: Chapter 3 - The Tree House
They grinned when they saw it.
"I can't believe that there's a tree house in the middle of this forest," Kelly sighed in disbelief. They went closer to it. As they approached, they were amazed.
"This is a camping spot, so I think someone built it in summer time," Jason said. "But it looks old," Kelly said.
"Don't you hear a rumor about this forest? " KC suddenly said. All of them stared at her.
"Hey, what the rumor is that, huh?" Benny chuckled.
"Nobody goes camping here anymore," KC said.
"What?" Benny frowned.
"There's a saying that some people missing here, since then, no one gets here," KC stated.
Kelly suddenly felt anxious.
"So why we came here? I wanna go home," Kelly said in dismayed. "Hey Kelly, it's just a rumor okay, don't believe it," KC said as she laughed.
"Yeah, you don't have to believe it, I went here before with my family, and nothing happens to us but to joy," Jason scoffed. "Did you see that tree house before?" KC asked him.
"No, we have been here when I was a little kid, a lot of people came here to camp," Jason said.
"But that was a long time ago, the rumor was just recently," KC said. "You get me scared KC," Kelly said as she shivered, and she held Benny's arm.
"Stop saying scary things KC, we're here to enjoy," Benny chimed in.
"Alright, I'm so sorry, I don't believe in that saying so I'm here with you guys, forget it okay?" KC said.
"Well, what are you waiting for, let's climbed that tree house," Benny excitedly said.
And they climbed one by one.
There was a ladder in the tree for easy climbing. The door was placed down on the wooden floor of the tree house. They sauntered one by one. "Wow, this is so cool!" Jason exclaimed as he got in.
"There's a fireplace..... look!" said Benny.
The interior of the tree house is dainty, there's some dried leaves on the floor and the surroundings are dusty, it seems like no one stayed there in a few years. There is a small fireplace and a low, medium sized table next to it.
They saw a sleeping bag rolled up in a corner, and there was a small room in the corner, Benny opened it and it was a small comfort room, with a wooden toilet.
"Who do you think people will build this in the middle of the forest? This is crazy, but its cool!" Jason said with astonishment.
"Yeah, this is really cool!" Said Benny.
Later, Jason saw something written on the wall.
"Hey guys! Take a look at this! Something has written on this wall, look ! Said Jason as he pointed out the message inscribe on the wall.
They looked at it and they read.
"Whoever found my tree house, you can stay here w/o my permission, I know you are wondering why I built this in the middle of this forrest, sound's weird, right? Well, believe it or not, its my second honeymoon, I always want to surprise my wife. I'm adventurer like you guys! So who ever will found this, its all yours! Stay as long as you want, I hope you enjoy!"
They all astonished when they read it.
"That is amazing!"
"Yeah! This is really cool!" Jason laughed, they all upbeat as they read it.
....
They wanted to move to the treehouse.
"We can stay here instead," Benny said.
"Yeah, but we need to clean this first, its dusty and we need to sweep the floor, the leaves were scattered everywhere," KC said,
"Well, not now, we can move here tomorrow, were tired and hungry, let's go back to the tent," Benny said.
"And besides, were not fit to sleep here at all," Benny added.
"Yeah, this tree house is good for two lovers," Jason chuckled.
"Okay guys, we are all tired and I think its not a good idea if we will move here right now, and besides its only good for a couple, so we can use this if," Jason said as he chuckled. They all laughed at him. "I know what you thinking," Benny laughed as he held Kelly's hand. KC chimed in. "I really like in here," KC smiled as she was holding Michael's hand. "I'm tired and I'm hungry." Said Micheal as he told them to go down.
"Well ok lets go back to the tent!" said Jason.
When they returned to the tent, they set fire to the wood that they had picked up from the fallen branches of the trees, and they made a bonfire.
Gradually, the sunset begins to fade. They all sat next to the tents that surrounds them.
They start to eat their food and Jason opened the wine, Benny played the music from his cell phone.
