Change of POV:
After Celestia's body absorbed the energy she was teleported back to heaven After this spectacle, Shirou, or now as she shall be known in her divine form as Celestia, Celestia couldn't help but sigh and voice out a groan from the energy it felt like drinking a stack of red bulls.
Only to be met with a quiet sight in her opinion. All five Great Seraphs without exception knelt in front of her in the same line.
"Uhhh, raise yourselves and try not to kneel for me again." She simply said before all four Seraphs stood up with rather uncontrollable emotions.
Gabriel just stuck out her tongue and said nuh un
I stared back at her and said"yuh nuh" That started a back and front between us as the other just looked at us in amusement.
She looked them in the eyes and recognized the emotions. Sighing, knowing that she is practically their Mother in magic at least. She thought so before out-stretching her armor in a known manner.
Gabriel then said Mother needs rest after such a glamorous day not to mention her new 'body' while she "~Giggles~ at me.
Time-Skip: Next day.
'After waking up from my rather very good sleep if I may say so myself, I found myself in a rather peculiar problem.' I thought as I looked around my new bedroom. Everything in the bedroom is of the highest quality, from a Medieval-like queen-sized bed to a wardrobe and to a small table with two chairs beside it.
But what is my problem right now?
It is simple, my documents, clothes, and debit cards I had in Kyoto's Forest got disintegrated by the Holy Light…
'I'm gonna skip classes today, but who cares! Getting new clothes, new documents, and dealing with Angels is far more interesting and important than stupid classes.' I thought so before I knocked three times at Michael's door.
~Knock!

After the second knock, doors were opened only to reveal Michael, instead of wearing his trademark usual armor and coat, he is in pajamas.
'Wow the angel in pajamas i wonder how much can i sell a picture of that to the church' thought to myself
"Wow Micheal you look glorious in pajamas"...i said to him
While smiling at me he did use his particles of light surrounding him and his clothes got replaced from pajamas to his usual armor and coat.
Then he gave me a slight bow before opening his mouth to speak.
"Lady Celestia, thank you for making it that way, may I ask what you need my assistance for?"
I sighed before rubbing my eyes with my right hand i forgot I technically made him in my 2 life as the old god
"As you have noticed by now, my appearance has changed too much and I require new documentation so I can go to Human World. And besides I need new clothes, I can't walk around in these clothes all time long, I need male clothes comfortable for my new size."
Michael just hummed for a moment before placing his right hand over his chin in a thinking pose before speaking. " I can deal with it, I'll go fetch you new documents for you. Do you also require a new phone?" At his question, I simply nodded my head. " It will be done at most in 2 hours, basic documentation that is, in meantime I suggest we go to Sixth Heaven so Gabriel can give you temporary clothes due to... your new rather feminine form.."
I nodded before he outstretched his hand, motioning me to take it. Which I did and we got teleported to the old 'meeting' room on Sixth Heaven.
"You know, you will need to teach me how to teleport between Heavens. It would save me the trouble of you being with me 24/7." I said so before turning to look at him, but due to his height, I needed to lower my head to look at him in the eyes.
He chuckled before replying. " All in due time, Lady Celestia. We have all the time in Heaven for it." As he said so, doors leading to the 'meeting' room were opened.
'But I want to spam tp all around I need it'
"Gabriel, Lady Celestia is in dire need of clothes, would you be willing to provide temporary ones till I finish her documentation so you both can travel to the Human world to buy more clothes to her...liking," Michael spoke just before I can, before Gabriel took my hand.
"No problem my dear brother. It will be a quite delightful day for us girls, wouldn't it be? Mother." Spoke Gabriel before turning around to look at me.
"So, shall we go to your room?" I asked before she grasped my hand and began leading me from the door of the meeting room and beyond to see what Sixth Heaven is like.
After we left Michael teleported away, hopefully, to create my new documents. But this also struck me, how I'm going to deal with my 'past life' in the Human world now?
'And more importantly, the money I semi-work for by taking it from others' I thought
Yes, I got an entire faction to lead.
Yes, I have powers.
Yes, I don't have to go to school anymore.
Everything is good but there is one thing I don't want to give up yet, Isei was my first friend in this world from Auto-Pilot's memories. I can definitely convince him that I am Shirou, it would be easy after all.
Ok, it's settled. I'm gonna introduce him to Supernatural, sooner than later. Potentially as an ally of Heaven.
I thought so, but I did not notice how long I and Gabriel walked before we were in front of another rather big door from what I presume led to her section of the Sixth Heaven.
"Mom, I'll lecture you on what you must know about women's bodies! This will be fun! Maybe we can invite other girl Angels to have tea parties later too!"
Then horror dawned on me... Will I have 'those' moments in months?
1 whole day after my 'clothing' incident with Gabriel
And now as you can guess, I'm back in Seventh Heaven, sitting on my throne currently and taking a thinking pose.
In short, I'm very worried and a bit paranoid about what actions to take, and I MUST take some of them.
But what happened to Heaven two days ago, my presence practically alarmed them with all of my power, so they obviously thought I was Him.
But Michael managed to use Talk no Jutsu and claimed I was the reincarnation of his Father and had been accepted as ruler of Heaven by the Throne of Heaven. This is a high testament of validity already, no one, even Michael besides his Father can sit on the Throne. So that small gesture getting streamed all over the Heavens squished any doubts they had.
'And practically in their eyes, I'm now their Mother, and they refuse to call me something aside from Mother and Lady Celestia. Which is something I kinda like just one big family of higher lifeforms that can destroy the world' I thought as I remembered how even Ten Seraphs refused nothing else aside from Lady Celestia or Mother to call me too.
But let's return to certainly more important matters. For example, steps I need to make to get Heaven back in top shape for another Great War and to deal with threats of Devils specifically.
Heaven is currently in the worst form between the Three Factions.
Besides not having even 10% of its population rise compared to The devil race's, not have quality over quality if we compare to the Devils.
Yes, Heaven has an advantage over Devils and Fallen Angels due to Holy Light Magic. Yes, Heaven has the most Satan/Seraph-Class beings, and yes Heaven has the most influence on Earth compared to all pantheons, especially what happened in Vatican two days ago and yes Heaven has a Church too.
But the difference between Super Devil and Satan/Seraph-Class is huge. One Super Devil equals to Several Satan-Class devils and the Super Devil would still win with mortal wounds but it would still win nonetheless. And Church? The church is not strong enough to do much besides being fodders! The strongest exorcists are High-Class with some being Ultimate-Class and that's all, average exorcists are below Low-Class, and numerous are Low-Class. Not even worth mentioning!
And Grigori? Grigori has Azazel, a Fallen Seraph-Class Angel who super intelligent enough to make his own artificial sacred gears even if they are weak ripoffs, and Cadres who are Ultimate-Classes and close to Seraph-Class themselves, one such example would be Shemhazai and Baraqiel.
And let's not forget Evil Pieces! Outrageous things. That simple system made the Devil Faction not only the Strongest out of the three but also the one with the most population, because of the loopholes in the sacred gears system left behind.
In short, Heaven is in deep trouble right now. The only reason that His death has been kept a secret is to stop other factions from trying to take advantage and attack not only heaven but all three of them.
Make no mistake, three factions are not weak at all. But Heaven is weakest and the Devil is strongest from inside the inner circle of rulers, it was only known in the leading class but for the outside world Heaven is strongest because of Him.
And thankfully, before His death, He did not participate in parties of other Gods and similar things as special events, etc. He would usually send Gabriel or Michael in his place which was enough to satiate other beings.
Despite what people might think, current Heaven is but a shadow of itself. In Heaven's golden age, just before Lucifers's fall Heaven had dozens of Seraph-Class Angels, and millions of Ultimate-Class who were all watching Humanity.
Many Seraph-Class Angels died in rebellion and their three leaders: Lucifer, Asmodeus, and Beelzebub were cast down to the Underworld. Thus rendering Heaven even more weakened but alas this was not where it ended as the Second part starts hundreds of years later.
So in short I will take several steps that are dangerous but must be done for not only Heaven's sake but for Mankind as a whole.
I will re-design God's system and Sacred Gear system in short as much as I can. My wish is to simply change several rules if possible, but those rules would allow Angels to continue to exist even if I die. And how do I plan to do that? Michael explained that once I put my hands on either System would result in me getting access to it.
So with that in mind, I stood up from now my Golden throne before slowly walking down from it. Imagine a great throne made of gold that is constantly shining and has stairs several meters to its seat. And don't forget multiple holy swords stuck on the so-called throne. Each sword has equal power to Excalibur itself if not even stronger.
So I continued walking, hearing the soft sounds of my heel boots hitting the white floor beneath as I walked. I'm currently wearing a high-collared blouse in a deep charcoal gray, accented with subtle silver embroidery along the sleeves and neckline. The fabric shimmers faintly in the light.
Over the blouse, she dons a cropped leather jacket in sleek black, with sharp, tailored edges and silver rivet detailing on the cuffs and shoulders. The jacket's inside lining is a deep white, a nod to her light powers
She pairs the top with slim-fit black pants, adorned with subtle stitching patterns resembling thorny vines along the sides. The pants are practical for movement yet stylish enough to maintain her aura of sophistication.
Her boots are ankle-high with a low heel, crafted from black leather polished to a soft gleam. They're reinforced for durability, with decorative straps and silver buckles adding a hint of flair.
And just for fun To complete the look, she wears a simple silver choker.
I walked slowly up to what represents the physical forms of the Sacred Gear System which is a small floating ball. Nothing special about it besides being a floating ball made of gold again.
Below it is a table made of gold again but this table itself is floating by releasing a small amount of magic below it to appear as if it's using airplane engines. This represents God's System itself.
Deciding I will first 'play' with the more dangerous one of those two! I turned around for Sacred Gear's System before slowly placing my delicate hand on it, expecting something to strike it, attack it, anything. But worries were in vain, nothing happened till I slowly concentrated and influenced my Magical Energy into the so-called System.
And immediately change happened.
My vision is blocked by hundreds of windows, not too different from my own Guide System's windows. But instead of the black/blue windows my system uses, these are completely different in colors.
Some are single-colored. The rest are multi-colored. Each one is slightly different from the rest, from colors, from how colors are placed and further on. Supposedly each color represents something.
I continued reading Windows.
First windows explained to me how I could add/delete rules set upon the Sacred Gear's System. The next one explained how each color represents a group of Sacred Gears based on it.
Continuing further I decided to 'play' with search options.
I moved with my right hand over the windows in swipe motions, instead of using my mind to use Sacred Gear's System I need to use physical contact over its windows for now.
As I was searching through its windows I managed to find windows with specifically Demonic-Sacred Gears, Holy-Sacred Gears, Draconic-Sacred Gears, etc. And not so surprisingly, Holy Swords are connected with Sacred Gear's System in a specific window.
And finally, I found Longinus-Class Sacred Gears. After looking through them a bit I closed all windows before leaving the one from the beginning. The one with rules and how to add new rules for the Sacred Gears.
So with the instructions, I opened a new window containing rules.
[Rule 1: Only Human or Human descendants will be born with Sacred Gear.]
[Rule 2: Upon death of the Sacred Gear's 'Wielder' the Sacred Gear will be bestowed upon another Human/Half Human.]
[Rule 3: Sacred Gear's may evolve.]
That 3 rule might be a little too dangerous sacred gear is basically a hyper-adapt system of energy given form that means that new software can be downloaded in it like what Issei did when he took some of the white dragon emperor's power but it the energy could start a chain reaction and blow up the user body

I narrowed my eyes at this. Only three rules? That is a bit low, I expected ten or at least have a rule that they can't attack heaven or any angel made by him, or this might be the reason why so many factions exploited Sacred Gears.
Never mind, leaving this window open I looked at the 'Instructions' window again. And 'coincidentally' there is a simple button with 'God's Notes'.
I clicked on it obviously and looked at what was written on it.
[ Despite my further decision. I took a risky move and decided to create Sacred Gears for Mankind's sake. I even implemented Balance Breaker in case of my 'death' as I predicted. But fear not, the only one who can understand and control my Sacred Gear's System is none other than me or my reincarnation or In case I decided to lend my power to my successor...
Whoever reads this, I must warn you of threats you must face. Our Universe is not the only Universe that exists, as you should know by now, multiple planets/worlds are occupied by various factions and those realms are all under our Universe. Our universe is known as Draconic Deux. Only I am aware of this information you will read. Beyond OUR universe are others. One such is ExE which may be our greatest enemy, after you finish reading you will get additional NOTES to continue reading from to understand the depth of the situation we are in. This ExE contains beings far beyond stronger than even Trihexa, Ophis, and Great Red.
But besides ExE, there is another threat. Trihexa, I managed to seal her and put her body in 'The End Of The World'. But no matter what, I fear that danger in the Devil's skin will release her in the future. This note is supposed to act as a warning to whoever managed to activate the Sacred Gear system, In case I got reincarnated or I left my successor to lead on and in such case, I left my knowledge of my powers along with more information inside my 'God's System'.]

Saying that I'm just shocked would be an understatement... I am aware of ExE from what I have read on DXD wiki to satisfy my knowledge about characters that were implemented in other fanfictions. I never really liked Exe it felt like the author wanted a super overpower bad guys to fight lssei, but that is not what shocked me honestly, it just reminded me about that threat that I have somehow to deal with.
What shocked me was God's Notes. But again this should have been expected honestly, someone like Him couldn't have just simply died without leaving something behind. After all, he managed to seal Trihexa, a being on par with Great Red and Ophis, then continued Great War in an exhausted state without getting a proper rest to replenish his powers, then just before fighting Four Great Satans he managed to seal Heavenly Dragons thus being weakened even further, then He finally succumbed after taking on Four High-Satan Class beings.
This is fascinating I thought. Giving one last glance at His Notes before clicking on X with my index finger on the window. Thus closing it off. Then I simply bought up the window with Sacred Gear's Rules.
I have decided what I shall change.
I added the fourth,fifth rule.
[Rule 4: Upon some type of reincarnation excluding any race made by me the Sacred Gear's 'Wielder' the Sacred Gear will be automatically stripped off the 'Wielder' and bestowed upon another Human/Half Human that is about to be born. Thus making the previous 'Wielder' dead in the System because of his 'Non-Human' Status.]

I didn't put full immunity cause of the chance they might fall and turn against me
This rule might seem rather unimportant and small. But in reality, this simple rule will neutralize any Sacred Gears of Humans that WILL be reincarnated into Devils or any non-human race that are enemies of heaven in the future.
Sadly I can't do much about the ones who are already under the Devil's rule but I got a some idea that going to be a pain for them.
Satisfied with current rules I closed Sacred Gear's System before turning around to glance at God's System. Then stretching out my hand to touch it and infuse it with my magic as I did with Sacred Gear's System.
~Ding!
And as expected, several windows popped up.
The first one is obviously a Full description of instructions and how to use the so-called System.
After reading it, I understood what this system is.
God's System is practically Holy-Power absorber, meaning this system is absorbing the faith of all people over the globe who believe in 'me'. Which is going to be bigger after I just showed the world that god and angels are real, pretty sure other gods are not going to like that Thus making all that faith into Holy-Power, and with such power: Miracles, Angel Creations, Holy-Weapons creations are possible if given enough energy.
Now, Michael barely had any access to this System, the same with the Sacred Gear system. The best he could have done was perform small miracles, such as healing people from diseases and creating very weak Holy Weapons for the Church
In other words, the Holy-Power that was accumulated inside this System is simply ENORMOUS. So much Holy-Power accumulated inside could create Millions of High-Class Angels along with thousands of strong Holy weapons. And each second it's simply rising why do gods not show themself and feed on human's faith?
Ok, with this I can turn Heaven back into shape in both numbers and quality by creating Seraph-Class Angels or I can try Super Seraph-Class Angels.
But before that, I need to fix the Angelic Rules option
So with that In mind, I switched to Angelic Rules windows and noticed rules that will transform normal Angel into Fallen Angel if they break them.
So with that in mind, I allowed and adjusted some of them.
For example, I abolished the ritual that is needed if they want to reproduce and allowed them to not fall under specific circumstances, such as only if the pair is actually in love and if they do have impure thoughts (It is literally impossible to not to) then love must prevail 60% with 50% impure thoughts in reproduction, I put impure thoughts to 50% because this is dxd it basic soft porn
And with that, I simply adjusted emotional settings.
It seems unfair for them to fall if they want to have children in my opinion, in pure love, of course, I also changed to anger level to fall to 57% because everyone has those bad days.
So with that in mind.
I was searching the thought system for 'notes' that God left. Nonetheless, I found something better.

The moment I clicked [YES] my mind was assaulted with knowledge or rather instincts on how to use all of my abilities.
How to use Holy-Light manipulation.
And a lot of knowledge of magitech and science, runes
How to manipulate Space.
How to use Holy-Light seals and so on.
It simply gave me multiple ways I can use them and everything else is up to my imagination and training to get proficient with it.
So with that in mind, I decided to test one such power: Telepathy I'm a white hair Emma Frost but better.
'Hello! Do you hear me, Michael?' I spoke in my mind, hoping it would actually.
"Good day, Lady Celestia. May I presume that you touched God's System by the way you are using your powers?" A voice responded, distinctly the same as Michaels.
With that, I grinned!
"Michael, I'm waiting for you on Seventh Heaven. I have good news for you, get here as fast as you can."
