Nana began to clench her arms even tighter, and for a moment... she lifted her head to look into Mei's eyes.
"Mei... did I really make a good choice in denouncing Momo to Yuki?" Nana asked with small tears on her face, waiting for a clear answer from her best friend who was supporting her with her arms around her body.
Mei's expression was neutral, and she kept thinking about what she could say to her best friend. Raising her right hand, she began to stroke Nana's head, giving her hair a light caress.
"I believe that every choice has its purpose, just let it happen and trust in your sister's progress towards it." With a calm and serene tone, Mei spoke her sincere words and this touch of seriousness ended up calming Nana's heart.
Her mind deciphered the problems she had ended up creating, realizing that she could calm down once and for all and trust that her sister would do well in the end.
"Someday I'll make a more convincing apology." Nana whispers, looking at Mei, and she opens her arms to hug her friend who has given her little support.
"I trust you." Mei replies as she smiles at her, feeling her warmth of happiness.
The scene shows Momo sitting on a chair in a subway car, observing the cityscape around her, which was busy and beautiful from afar.
After she left Yuki's house, she decided to take a ride on the subway to a psychologist's house where she could talk about how she felt about all this... and she thought it was a good choice to at least have a session, since she wouldn't need professional help after a consultation.
As her eyes watched the trees passing quickly in her vision, her phone buzzed with some notifications, and they were personalized notifications that she herself had created to find out who had sent messages to her app.
The sound was of a book flipping through the pages, and these sounds were assigned to Light Yagami who has always enjoyed a lot of daily reading in his routines.
[Light: Good morning Momo, I'm talking to Yuki between the two of us, I hope you're okay].
With this sudden news, she was both surprised and astonished by the message... and she quickly got up from the subway seat and pressed the button so that she could disembark at a nearby location and run to where Light was.
Her steps were very hurried, looking around the streets, she looked for a nearby driver to take her to Yuki Rito's house... trying to avoid a problem that would arise between the two of them because of Nana's words that day.
Slowly, Light walks up to Yuki's door, wearing long pants... inside the fabric of her clothes, her right leg is covered in Weapons Haki.
(Knock Knock) The door made a knocking noise, Light was gently knocking on the wooden surface hoping that Yuki would answer politely.
However, Yuki noticed Light's presence and didn't decide to open it for new visitors... with his left hand holding a glowing sphere, it was similar to the power that Yami uses in his form (Darkness), possibly he must have extracted a little of Yami's DNA into his body to acquire one of these abilities.
Light, realizing that he had been ignored, wiped a small smile off his face and kicked open the door in front of him, flying heavily into the back room of Yuki's house... which turned out to be her kitchen.
Light's legs gave off a strong steam, as if his Haki was well-developed enough to shatter any object or living being.
The door broke off a large part of the marble table and shattered on the floor behind Yuki, who showed no fear at being in front of a villain predestined to kill anyone who opposed his will.
"You should have opened this door politely, Yuki Rito." Light, with a cold expression on his face and a calm, frightening tone of voice, sought a dialog with the perverted boy.
"No, thanks... I don't take bad visitors, Light Yagami." Yuki replied with direct words and crossed his arms in front of him.
"I want to talk." Light demonstrates his current desire by deactivating the weapons Haki that was exposed on his leg.
Light had deactivated his power in order to talk to Yuki, and this wouldn't put him in danger... since it wouldn't take more than two seconds to activate his Haki again, or to use an opposite skill for defense or counterattack.
"What kind of conversation do you want to have?" Yuki watched Light's eyes, waiting for a clear answer.
With his perception high, Light noticed that Yuki was using some unusual energy behind his back... without seeing it as a mortal threat, he just kept an eye on this power that he had left activated until he showed his presence at home.
"Why did you do all this? Knowing your guilt."
Yuki answered Light arrogantly, even though he realized that his reason was seven thousand feet under.
"You want so much attention for yourself, I just stumbled in wrongly, I never intended to have anything to do with anyone... You're an intruder to this academy and you want to call yourself important according to your actions." Yuki with ignorance in his tone and pride in his assertion of Light's deep desire, the villain remained stably calm about it.
Light's expression was one of denial, turning his head a little and his right eye ended up frowning because of Yuki's words, which were in fact very incorrect according to his actions that day... and clearly Yuki's expression on seeing the girl was one of lustful desire.
"Right, if you're so right about this, do you want a taste of the reality shock between the two of us? I'll give you five minutes to survive." Light proposed a fight for Yuki to prove his worth in the face of reason, and if he lost in the time mentioned... he would admit his mistake from that day on.
Yuki's revenge was futile and would get him nowhere, only sadness and the friendly loss of people who had supported him so much in his plan... only to be blinded in the end by his senseless ignorance, where he let himself be consumed by an idiotic motive that he had created in his own head.
"All right, anyway... I can get less than that against you."
Yuki proudly affirmed, activating his energy spheres in both hands, proving that he could manipulate energy to create strong weapons and defenses because of Yami's DNA Extraction.
With both hands, he hurls his energy spheres at Light, which as they approach him... increase significantly in size, doing more damage to his body.
Everything around the house starts to break, Yuki sends out energy blasts similar to Goku's attacks.
With a lot of smoke surrounding him from the energy explosions, Light once again proves himself resistant to explosive attacks by using his Weaponry Haki all over his body... in the blink of an eye, Light kicks Yuki against the kitchen wall, sending his body flying into another house.
Yuki's body hits a strong concrete wall, causing his ribs and back to break easily.
The scene shows Momo still running to Yuki's house, who has already said goodbye to the driver, the messages she sent to Light have not been returned, with all this in hand, Yuki realizes that even though he seriously injured Light's body, he couldn't take battle readiness... causing Light to get very close to Yuki's wounded and fallen body.
In his mind, he couldn't last more than three minutes in this battle... the intense training ended up having no effect on him... and when he tried to get up, Light was already in front of him.
"The end is already upon you, Yuki." Light whispered, looking at Yuki's face, weak and bruised from the impact and too much from the overuse of his power due to the blasts that ended up destroying his house almost completely.
When Momo arrived at Yuki's house, it was completely destroyed... leaving her expression frightened and unable to believe it... Nana only proved her point to Light.
Entering the destroyed house, she noticed a dead body a block away... she ran over to that body and realized that it was Yuki who had gone from this to the next.
"Yuki..." With unfinished words, she notices Yuki's body lying on the ground, with a few wounds on her body, no deformities or anything serious to the point of bleeding a lot, her body was intact, lying down and with her eyes closed.
Seeing death in her own eyes, she couldn't put it into words, kneeling down next to Yuki's body... there was a letter written in Light's words that he would be temporarily absent from the city, and that he would soon give answers about what he had talked to Yuki about.
Even though she was hurt by it all, in the end... she felt that this pain would pass quickly, since Yuki had unfortunately sunk into his own vengeance and forgotten who he really should have valued, instead of valuing a fight that he would never win.
