(a few things are now going to be changed and explained. This chapter isn't part of the story)
High-commander: high-commander will now be changed to supreme commander (two words).
The west: the west is no longer a barren land and nor does it have any old shrines and temples. That is the south. Confusions are inevitable. The west is now surrounded by mountains on two sides, the Jianbukecui on one, and the sea on one. The sea leads to the northern territory. It is almost impossible to get in or out of the west.
Shensheng Diguo: it is crude imitation of a flat earth with mostly land instead of water. The water comes from somewhere outside the Jianbukecui. The only filtrated water would be the northern sea's water, which is connected to outside water. Outside as in the void.
Yuzhou: outside the Jianbukecui (reminder).
SSD (Shensheng Diguo): everything inside Jianbukecui (reminder).
The west follows an old European medieval style. East is Chinese, South is Saudi Arabia, North is Korean x Japanese. Japanese and Chinese culture is too similar (since former is basically paste of latter) so Korean will be included (ofc, all 3 are pretty similar).
Traveling takes months without the ancestral shrines. To go from the east to the capital without a shrine would take around a half year (shrines were added to lessen the time and keep contact with the Jia family and Shensheng family).
Now, the relationship between Pangzi and Ruan Gao is the same as it was before. He did not kill anyone in front of her. Wu, Er, San and Shi are still dead. Yi/still hates Pangzi for killing those four. He did not Ruan Gao to break off the engagement. Everyone in both families support the marriage. The argument Pangzi had with his father over his reluctance to marry did not happen. The slave he took in is still alive.
Ancestral shrines: they no longer have the Plane limitation. They can be used to travel within the same Plane as of now. Blood sacrifices and 10 hour cd still apply. Green is east, blue is south, red is North and yellow is west.
The argument between Pangzi and the false king about his marriage never happened. Pangzi didn't consult the ambassador and immediately sold him off on the spot to get out of the west. Pangzi never met with nor offended Ostavi. His encounter with the princess is glossed over by his forgetfulness. He won't remember a thing.
The west thinks they are a country. They don't know they are part a country. Each plane sees itself as a different country. The west only sees itself as another country because it is almost completely secluded. Same with the north. The east is part of the imperial faction. The South doesn't have enough resources to fight other Planes. They are supported by the west. The north is slightly less secluded compared to the west. The north suffers from Overpopulation.
Remember. Confusions are inevitable, but there's an explanation for every loophole. It probably just hasn't been Explained in enough detail or enough or it was forgotten about.
