The story itself is okay, though the characters from original DB have oc qualities. The MC himself, is a written to b a likeable character. Though he commits avoidable and stupid mistakes. Plus is a sociopath, who can be self centered and hypocritical. If you turn off your brain, something to read to when there's nothing else. Its a Chinese MTL, and it may be incomplete.

i already know this fanfic and it is incomplete but it is really good fanfic
In the last chapters Vados was completely ignored and that was supposed to be the whole point of this story and was replaced with some other character, I also feel like it was rushed in the end as the author did a mass update. It was one of my favourite fics though and it was a fun read.

The more chapters that was uploaded, the lower the quality of the translation. Translator just copied and pasted from raw to ChatGPT to Webnovel. Low efforts, and didn't even bother to edit. If you want people to support you, at least put in some efforts to make it readable. Plot holes everywhere. For example, MC might get a new upgrade from the check-in, but the upgrades will change names to different upgrades out of nowhere in the later chapters. Also, the paragraphs kept repeating the same things just with more adjectives in most of the later chapters because of AI. Characters that shouldn't be in the scene appearing out of nowhere in the scene which messed with the reading experience. A lot of inconsistencies with the plots. Not recommended to read this. Don't waste your time on this since the translator just wanted to milk power stones with zero to low effort put into his translation.
a good novel not at the level of a 3 stars but not at 5 either lets say if 4.4 or 7.7/10 a good level of fan fic and most obv not overly chinese vibe!!! finally i was dieing of cringe of other fan fics of dragon ball but this is OK!

The story was pretty good with a drastic change of focus compared to Dragon Ball Z. Kahn was the brother of Goku and grew up with him. The story skipped over normal Dragon Ball and then started to ramp up with Frieza and the normal standard Dragon Ball stuff. However, it did veer off and made it's own plotline to follow with Kahn becoming OP. Don't expect crazy drawn out battles with barely surviving for the entire novel. It is mostly a feel good with a growingly OP MC.
Story would be 4 stars if mc wasn't a Chinese retard. He keeps doing stupid shit like refusing to let Goku, his little brother, and the z fighters use the gravity room while keeping it a secret he has it. He also dosent warn them about the saiyans coming back or anything and gatekeeps all the ways to get stronger. He's the only one in the story allowed to grow stronger. Goku almost died to nappa and got one shot by dodoria on namek and mc acts like it was completely unavoidable, meanwhile he's being buffed by his system and training secretly without helping any of his "friends" or "family". He even brought Bulma to fight Frieza with him, even though he only has 10mil power level and knows Frieza is over 10x stronge. You gotta imagine he WANTED her to die so he can get ssj because that's the only reason he's be so retarded. Just another Chinese sociopathic piece of shit as an mc, trying to be protrayed as good, that ruins the entire story. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of 0 if I could give it is because the story itself is kinda good but the mc is horrendous
