The identity of the girl from the video with HEX'S Yu Seok has been identified as one other than Jin Mi-ok. Jin Mi-ok made a name for herself in the FBC popular school drama 'Letter to my Crush' that aired six years ago. During the next two days, a lot of articles on the scandal were released. A lot of former staff members of Jin Mi-ok began to release stories of the actress's less than ideal behaviour which resulted in a lot of netizens, the majority of whom were Hex fans, demanding that GK entertainment release a statement addressing the scandal.

The account that had released the original video quickly uploaded a full video that showed a clearer image of the actress's face. Many notable brands dropped Jin Mi-ok as their brand ambassador. She also lost a lot of upcoming projects, the Loses pushed the silent GK entertainment to release a statement. The statement read

'Hello, this is GK entertainment. The recent

scandal involving our artist and director has

been widely exaggerated. After an investigation

we have discovered that Jin Mi-ok has never

had any relationship with Director Choi and

Cheng Ying. The story of her cheating was

fabricated, we apologise for not taking better

care in managing our artists and request that

Fans and media alike refrain from spreading

of false information that might be detrimental to

to our artist reputation and careers.

We will take legal action against any media

outlet or netizens found in violation of this.
