Chương 23: Chapter # 23 The Academy
"Henry come here" Kevin called Henry.
"Yes Boss" Henry entered in the room.
"From now Joy is your responsibility. He is your new student and you are his mentor. Teach him everything from fist to deal. I want to see him just like you" Kevin told Henry.
"Don't worry Boss, I will not disappoint you" Henry was full confidant.
" Cmon boy let's go to your new school" Henry took Joy with him.
The two man sat in the car and car started moving north of Eastwood town. After an hour they left the city. After few minutes Henry stopped the car in a desolate place. Joy look around, There were few buildings but they looks like abandoned.
"Cmon let's walk" Henry told Joy.
"Where are we going" Joy asked
"You can call it your new school" Henry replied
"what kind of school it is?" Joy asked with Wonder but inside he was so scared
"It a unique place. Few year ago our boss Kevin smith felt the need of a school to teach new members some essential skills they should know. Boss and I developed four different module of this course. Module one comprise of different martial arts techniques like karate, jujitsu and taekwando. You will also learn how to use knife and dagger in the fist fight. These are essential for survival when you are in dangerous situation. Module two comprise of modern warfare. Here you will learn about different types of weapons and their use. We mostly use Russian weapons but some time Germans weapons too. So here you will learn about Russian and German weapons and their use. Our third module comprise of business management. Here you will learn how to find clients?, How to market your product?, How to made business deals and how to exploit your buyers weaknesses. Our last module is about people management. It is all about people psychology. How to deal people from different background and how to utilize their skills and talents. Junior member have to complete first two module while seniors have to complete last two " Henry was looking so tired after long speech.
"So senior directly got admission in the last two?" Joy asked.
"No we don't hire senior member directly from outside. When we need to hire senior member we promote any talented and intelligent Junior member. Then he has to complete last two module" Henry replied.
Soon the two man reached at the huge building. Henry knocked the gate.
"Who is there?" guard asked.
"Henry" Henry simply replied.
"Oh Mr Henry so nice to see you" guard immediately open the gate.
It was a big building with huge space in the center. Some people were practicing shooting there"
"We called it Kevin academy of urban warfare and business management" Henry proudly informed Joy.
"Do others gang also have their own academy?" Joy asked
"No, That's a difference, there is no other gang in the country who has this facility " Henry replied
"So why you built it? what the need?" Joy was so confused.
"Because we don't want to lose our man and business" Henry concisely replied.
"Here, come in" Henry guide him toward a room.
"Hello Arthur, How are you?" Henry warmly asked.
"Long time no see Mr Henry, I am fine, How are you?" Arthur who is principal of the academy welcome both.
"Who is this young man?" Arthur asked
"He is the nephew of Mr Kevin and your new student?" Henry replied.
"Oh that's great" Arthur suddenly become so excited.
" Take a very good care of him. He is our new champion" Henry told Arthur.
"Sir Henry, what about my sister, How she live without me?" Joy asked Henry. He was so worried about her sister.
"Don't worry boy she will live with Mr Kevin. There are so many people there who can take care of her" Henry replied.
"Now I should go, I have to meet Mr Kevin" Henry exited from the room.
"Mr Arthur, there are so many people here, are these all from Eastern wolves?" Joy asked.
"We have student from Eastern wolves but some came from our allies they request us to train their member" Arthur replied.
"Cmon let me show you your room" Arthur guide him towards his room.
