Chương 100: Chapter 18

The moment we landed at the place, we saw Marvelous on our way. I turn to look at Master and from the way, I see him, he looks uncomfortable for some reason. I held his hand to assure him that it'll be alright however I think I should be the one to be convinced that it should be fine. I thought that everything would be smooth like how it should be yet it was just a thought.

Master pulled me before Marvelous will notice us. Wisdom send us to their house on the island, I am not surprised at how many houses they have in each country that we usually compete with since he said that his parents loves to travel before but having a house on an island? Oh, come on! Well, I didn't ask anymore to feed the curiosity I have.

"You can stay here. The Go clan is happy to lend you this house." Wisdom said.

I laugh at the way he sounds, it was like we had never known each other for a long time. "Thank you, Wisdy," I said. "Although it is last minute call because we want to stay away from his ex," I said.

"It's alright. You don't need to worry about me, I am going out of the island tonight. I have a business outside. I will be back to fetch you when your honeymoon is done. You don't need to worry, Whiz will be around that time when I fetch you."

We informed Master's parents that we aren't staying in the hotel they booked since Marvelous was there. Master is a bit odd for the past few days we stay here. although I am enjoying each other's company with the twins, and I think that he also is enjoying, however, I can feel something is wrong, something isn't right.

It's the second week of our stay here and I can feel that Master isn't doing good. "Master, is there something wrong?" I ask after he tucks to sleep the twins since he insists. He just hugs me and didn't say anything. I let him hug me until I felt his hands roaming on my back. At first, I didn't mind but when I felt his kisses on my neck I push him slightly and look at him.

"I know I said that I will wait but sorry, I'm at my limit." He said as if he is whispering. I just nod and let him do whatever he wanted as I am responding to his touches. He kisses me on my lips, his kisses are getting deeper as if he wants to devour me. we were at our pick of removing our clothes when one of the twins cried. Then he suddenly laughs, and I crooked my forehead. "We are saved by that cry," he said.

Then I also laugh with him. "Maybe next time, when they are ready to have a sibling," I said.

He blushed. "Rackie, those words are dangerous you know." He said and held my hand to put it on his crotch.

"Sorry, okay?" I said and removed my hand. "Touching it will also be dangerous," I said. "Besides, I don't know how will I do that," I said.

"No worries, I will teach you next time. In the meantime, I will go and look at them because both of them are now doing a duet." He said then smiled.

I blushed. That move is one hell of dangerous. If I am not careful, I will have another stitch and it might not only Art who will nag us about that thing. Sigh, now I am thankful whoever cried first to our twins. I thought our progress is going smoothly as husband and wife but I was wrong. I was about to call him back for him to rest.

"Marvee." I heard him say. When I peek he was still in the room of the twins, he can't see me because his back is all I can see. I don't know if I am seeing things out but it is as if he is doing it using his hand while his ex is on the phone. I turn to go back to our room but I heard him say my name so I hide myself to listen. "Glyph, why of all places, you'll end up staying in the same hotel as I am with my wife?"

He sighs. "Not my fault, you are the careless one." He said. then I peeked to see what he is doing and I saw him carrying Grandeur as he move his hand to keep the rhythm so he can put him to sleep. What a dirty thought I have earlier. "Rackie isn't a saint, Glyph. You should know that you have to hold your wife. What did you do that she is now running away from you?" he nags and stand up so he can put the child in the crib. "Then, why don't you do whatever you did before so you can win her heart again? I am not helping you because I want to; I am doing this to have a peaceful married life with my wife. That's for you to find out, not my problem anymore, Glyph. I think you should pay me for calling me this late while I am putting my babies to sleep." He said then he chuckled. "Oh… about the compensation you told us before? Let me ask my wife first if she'll accept that, I can't decide on my own since that wedding is the highlight of her life, not mine." He said.

He turn around to see me peeking in the doorway, he smiled at me. "Well, I guess it's for the better. I am happy right now. I will help you this is the only thing I could do. you knew her more now than I do. I have to go now, my wife is looking at me right now." he said then laughs. "Tell Charact that if he'll not show his face to us, River and I will forget him."

He walks towards me and suddenly carries me. I cover my mouth so I could suppress whatever I was about to shout out since the twins were sleeping once again. "You know it's bad to listen to people's conversation." He said.

"I was about to call you so you can rest but I heard you mention my name and I can't help but be curious," I replied. Of course, I won't tell him that I thought he was having an indecent movement while saying his ex-girlfriend's name. he will surely make fun of me and I would die from the shame.

"You should have rested first and didn't wait for me. it'll be our last day tomorrow so I want you to rest and relax." He said.

I always rest and relax, thanks to him that I am not doing anything at all. "By the way, what did Glyph tell you something about the compensation?"

"Oh… he wants to give us a cheque since he doesn't know what he can give because he didn't know us personally. If I were to decide, I would accept it since he and his wife ruined the momentum of our sacred matrimony however, I am not only the one to decide about it and my dad told me to always ask my opinion regarding making decisions that are involved with us."

I smiled at him. "Then, let's accept it and see what's how much it is written on that cheque," I said while grinning.

We decided not to meet Glyph on the island, and our last day on the island was full of memorable and happy moments. However, those moments will only stay on the island because I received an email from the publishing company that I have sent my manuscripts for years now, the issue that I haven't addressed before is now dragging me.

Everything went back to normal, Master came back to work and I am staying with the twins in our house. I haven't done anything changes yet to this house since we got home from our honeymoon. It's been a week now since I've been busy with the issue I have with Calligraphy Publishing Corporation. I may not be the one who is doing all the major household chores but when I am alone with the twins and as I kept on making my comeback plan from writing, everything seems not good for me.

The twins kept on asking for attention whenever I am about to write. They would cry when I have to do it for myself. I can't even go to the comfort room alone. I can't concentrate whenever I want to make myself calm from the stress since they will ask for their meal. I can't sleep since I have to take care of the house even though Master said that he will do it when he got home. I can't have enough sleep at night because Master is too tired that he won't be able to take turns on the night shift for taking care of the twins. I am at my limit. My patience is running out and I am about to burst.

Hue kept on calling and sending me messages about my appointment with her as my psychologist but I am not answering. I am ignoring her calls and I don't know why. I've had enough, I am tired of everything.

"Rackie, your sister told me that you aren't answering her. What's wrong?" Master asks, and I can sense that he is mad.

"It's not your concern anymore!" I yelled. No one knows how difficult my days are.
