A faint fragrance mingled with the scent of alcohol pervaded the air, quickly unsettling her. As he drew closer, Alla felt somewhat at a loss, sliding towards the car door. However, the confined space of the car allowed her to move only slightly before her back hit the door. Casiano, his hand propped on the window, encircled her petite form.
His frosty, peach-blossom eyes fell on the diamond necklace around her neck after giving her a brief glance. After a moment of silence, a scornful laugh echoed by her ear, "It seems your new benefactor treats you quite well."
He seldom laughed, usually maintaining a stoic expression. However, this laugh was even more terrifying. Alla wanted to explain, but the words "new benefactor" silenced her. From the moment Billie introduced her as his woman, any explanation would have been futile.
Seeing her remain silent without any attempt to justify herself, Casiano's expression darkened. He lifted his hand, his touch trailing from her cheek to behind her ear. The chill of his fingertips caused Alla to shudder involuntarily when they made contact with her skin. Compared to the revulsion Billie's touch invoked, Casiano's made her feel fearful. An aura of dominance borne from long-held power made her feel breathless.
His fingers sifted through her hair, and Casiano abruptly held the back of her head, pulling her towards him. He lowered his voice, asking coldly, "When did you sleep together? How many times?" The man's pleasant scent overpowered her senses as he closed the distance. Alla's heart pounded heavily, her body turning weak.
She cursed herself for being weak and scrambled to shift her gaze away. However, Casiano suddenly tightened his grip on her neck. "Did you two just do it?" he asked, his voice chilling to the bone. Alla turned pale and hastily covered the hickey on her neck, "No, we didn't do anything."
"Do you think I would believe that?" His gaze on her was as if he were looking at a dead person, chilling her to the core. Alla's heart trembled, but she managed to maintain her composure, "Whether you believe it or not, I didn't do anything with him."
"Is that so?" Casiano scoffed coldly, his smile icy and rigid, "Whether you did anything or not, a quick check will tell." Suddenly, he tore open her dress. Alla gasped, holding herself tightly. Before she had time to ask what he was doing, he started exploring her body.
"Casiano, are you crazy? Let me go!" Alla was furious. Even though she scratched at his shoulders hard enough to leave marks, he didn't let go. Her face flushed in embarrassment, she could only turn her head to the side to see that Sam hadn't entered the car yet, which gave her a sliver of dignity.
"Casiano, what on earth are you doing?" She was livid, but his face remained indifferent, as if he were trying to verify something. Alla looked into his eyes and saw an anger simmering beneath his cold exterior. She used to be afraid of him when he was angry, but now, she found him harder to read...
"Casiano." Alla called out, but the man remained unresponsive, continuing his intrusive exploration. She held his hand and reminded him, "Remember, you were the one who didn't want me. Since you didn't want me, you shouldn't touch me anymore."
Her voice was cold, like a snow-capped mountain in winter, causing his hand to momentarily pause. When he looked up, his eyes were aflame, the heat almost palpable. "So, since he bought you, I can't touch you anymore?" His voice was pleasing, crisp yet husky, and highly magnetic. Yet, his words were extremely harsh. The word 'bought' debased her dignity to the dirt. She had once sold herself to him, thinking that not costing him a dime would change his impression of her. However, in his eyes, she remained a 'prostitute' that could be bought and sold at will.
Alla's heart felt like it was being pricked by a needle, causing a numbing pain. Yet, a smile made its way onto her pale face.
"Mr. Davies," she said, her hands wrapped around his neck and a smile in her voice, "He bought me, so naturally, you can't touch me anymore. This is the rule you taught me. Have you forgotten?"
Casiano's countenance darkened bit by bit, "What did you say?" Alla slightly lifted her chin, whispering into his ear, "I said, I actually deceived you just now. I've been intimate with Mr. Roman quite a few times, thrice last night, twice today. I am now his woman, I would appreciate if Mr. Davies would refrain from acting rashly."
