Chương 534: Investigating Chi Rong

Mo Roulan was surprised when she heard Mo Chen questioning Chi Rong. That was something she had just wanted to ask Chi Rong. 

She looked at her brother who suddenly looked cleverer than boys of his age are supposed to be. 

On the other hand, Chi Rong was equally interested in Mo Chen. 

He smiled at the boy and said honestly

"Because I like your mother."

Mo Chen, for a moment, went silent. 

Because he didn't know what he was supposed to say after that. Because he couldn't find any fault with Chi Rong's words…especially the way the latter said them, he looked honest and sincere. 

As a very successful businessman in his past life, he knew when a person was really sincere and when he was faking it. 

And Chi Rong looked sincere.

Mo Roulan was also observing Chi Rong closely. A moment later, she asked Chi Rong

"Had Mr. Chi any other woman in his life before?"
