"Then how should I bear with James? I'm dreading of him," whined Delilah, half-sulked with her knees folding to her chest. Nisa chuckled when she heard Delilah's tone as she complained about James.
"I didn't like Bryan Alexander either. Did I tell you how much I hate him because he stole my first kiss?" Nisa spoke instead.
"Uhm, I don't think so," Delilah replied softly. Nisa smiled, and her breath sounded quite clear on the phone.
"I've lived what you're living now, Delilah. When I was a teenager, I admired Bryan Alexander, but I hated him because of his bad manners!" Delilah was silent while quietly listening to Nisa's story.
"After we got married and lived together, I was able to see a lot of things that I never thought about before. He showed me what a truly loyal man is." Nisa explained thoughtfully.
"How can you speak like that? Weren't you say that he was a famous playboy in New York? Was that all false?" Delilah interrupted confusingly.
