Chương 179: A Glitch To Survive

"What did you say? Where is he now!" blurted James in a slightly louder tone that woke Delilah, who was trying to open her eyes and see James. James then turned to Delilah and stroked her head so she wouldn't wake up.

"Bryan is in the hospital. He's injured and still in Atlanta," Jayden replied, shocking James. Delilah was getting up, and James didn't want to make her worry. So James put his phone away and asked her to sleep.

"It's okay. I'm going to the living room for a bit. You keep sleeping, Baby."

"What is it, Mr. J?" James shook his head with a smile.

"No. it's only Jayden who called me." James gave Delilah a quick kiss on the forehead and got out of bed. He didn't forget to pull Delilah's blanket back to cover her.

James walked out of the room, leaving Delilah, who was fully awake but could not leave the bed because James had forbidden her.

"Tell me, Jay. What happened?" James asked as soon as he reached the living room.
