Nikka tapped her finger on her thighs repeatedly. She still had the smile on her face and her eyes occasionally fell on the occupants of the conference room she was in and then to the two empty seats meant for her two idiot brothers who couldn't bother to show up for the most important meeting of their career. 

This deal with Ken Barrington would secure a lot of contracts for the company but no! Asher and Kurt were absent!

Nikka tapped her finger on the table in front of her now. She didn't know how loud her actions were until Asher's assistant Jacob threw her a warning glare and she stopped tapping her fingers temporarily.

"...so, if you take a look at the statistics right here you will find…" Jacob's voice trailed off as the man he was explaining everything to, the very man he spent months courting to invest or sell to Knight conglomerate turned to Nikka and asked.
