Chương 5: Chapter 5

It had been a month since Reo had started recruiting players alongside Nagi. They had managed to gather a decent number of players, but there was still one crucial step left in Reo's plan. He needed a manager for the club and a trainer for the team, the trainer of whom needed to be a professor from the school in order for the club to run smoothly.

Reo knew that the most logical choice for the trainer would be the PE teacher, but he wanted the team to be under his own guidance, and didn't want anyone else meddling in his business. So, he had been thinking of other options.

As for the manager, Reo had the perfect person in mind: Nagi's twin sister, Yuna. He had seen her take charge and handle her brother's antics, she was smart, organized and had a no-nonsense attitude.

Reo knew that she would be the perfect person to manage the club and keep everything running smoothly.

So with a new plan in mind, Reo started to look for Yuna around the school grounds.

...

And it wasn't until much later when Reo spotted her at the track and field grounds, as he approached Yuna on the track and field grounds, he couldn't help but be surprised to see her working out so diligently. In their school, there weren't many students who put much focus on sports, but Yuna seemed to be an exception.

"Yuna, it's great to see you here," Reo said with a smile. "I didn't know you were into sports."

"I've always been into sports, unlike my brother," Yuna replied, wiping the sweat from her forehead.

Yuna left aside the towel she used to wipe the sweat off her forehead and replied, "I've always loved sports. It's a great way to stay healthy and relieve stress."

Reo nodded in agreement. "I couldn't agree more. There's something I wanted to talk to you about. As you know I'm starting the football club at our school officially, and for that we'll need a manager, I think you're the perfect fit for the job Yuna."

Yuna thought for a moment, "I'm not sure if I'm qualified, I don't know much about football... but I'm willing to give it a try. What would my responsibilities be?"

"As manager, you would be responsible for organizing practices, games, and making sure the team is running smoothly. I also think it would be a great way for you to keep Nagi in check, since he's always been a bit of a slacker. With you as manager, he'll have to focus on studying after practice," Reo said with a grin.

Yuna smiled back, "That does sound like a good idea. I'll do it. But you have to promise to teach me everything I need to know."

Reo grinned and held out his hand for a shake. "Deal. Welcome to the team."

Reo grinned, happy that Yuna was on board. He felt that he was one step closer to building a team that could truly compete. He knew there was still a lot of work to be done, but he was confident that with Yuna's help, they could do it faster.

"So, when do we start?" Yuna asked Reo, with a determined look on her face.

"Tomorrow, I will send you the details later. We've got a lot of work to do, and I still have another person to recruit so that the team is allowed to compete. So lets create a winning team. " said Reo with a smile after which he started to walk towards his next target.

...

Reo walked through the school hallways, his eyes scanning the numbers on the doors as he searched for the classroom he was looking for. After a few minutes of searching, he finally found it and opened the door, stepping inside.

Inside, he found a young woman sitting on a desk, dressed in a sharp business suit. She looked up as he entered, her dark brown eyes staring at him intently. She gestured for him to take a seat in front of her, and he did so, crossing his legs as he sat down.

The woman, whose name was Mitsuko, looked at him expectantly. "What is it that you wish to talk about?" she asked, her voice polite but reserved.

Reo leaned forward, a determined look on his face. "I have a proposition for you," he said, his words careful and measured. "I can help you with your financial situation, but in exchange, I need you to be the coach for our football club. We're looking to start competing in tournaments officially, and I believe you would be the perfect fit."

Mitsuko raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "And what exactly do you expect me to do as coach?" she asked, her tone skeptical.

"Nothing," Reo simply replied,"The only thing you need to do is being the coach in name, so that we meet the criteria to make it official.", Reo's voice was full of conviction as the offer didn't require anything from her.

Mitsuko considered his words for a moment, her fingers tapping against the desk as she thought. Finally, she nodded. "I'll do it," she said, a small smile playing at the corners of her lips. "But you better keep your promise and help me with my finances."

Reo grinned, happy that everything was falling into place. "I will, I promise," he said, standing up and extending his hand. Mitsuko took it, and they shook on the deal.

As he left the classroom, Reo couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction wash over him. He had found the perfect coach for his needs, and he had helped someone in need at the same time. He was one step closer to making his goal of a competitive football team a reality.

He made his way out of the school, the sun shining brightly on his face. He couldn't wait to see what the future held for his team. Reo couldn't wait to start training and competing in tournaments. He felt like he was on top of the world, everything was going according to plan.
