Chương 1: Into the woods.

G.K.'s POV.

Life always gives us the opposite of the things that we wish for.

All I wanted in life was to have a normal family with loving parents and live a normal life even without finances but rather it gave me the opposite.

"It turned me into an orphan who was left with nothing, not even a shelter but the raggy clothing I had on at that moment."

It all started in 1573 when war broke up between the two clans of the Northern realms and Southern realms of Kapak. Vampires and Werewolves respectively.

Each clan wanted to rule and own the other hence leading to a war in which kids, weak, strong, pregnant, disabled women, and men were implicated. Vampires wanted to take over the southern realms of Kapak while Werewolves wanted to control the Northern realms and their people.

The level of nervousness, depression, misery, extinction, deprivation, drought, and starvation increased. Everyone was verbatim running and hiding for their life and animals were not an exception.

Blood was flowing and the innocent faces of lifeless vampires and werewolves were peacefully lying on the ground with no one covering their eyes.

My heart raced as my mom pulled my hand and dragged me into the woods with her dodging the arrows that were shot, following us at the speed of lightning while my dad was coming from behind us blocking them with his dagger.

Heavy and thunderous footsteps were heard at the forest's bottom"Ours and the two werewolves which were running after us."

We stopped running when the arrows stopped coming in our direction and watched my pop whose right hand was bleeding and the arrow was still right there in his upper hand. I left my mammy to take care of him as I turned angrily at them.

They were too close and nearly attacked me but thanks to my jumping skills, I zigzagged it and went wobbling on a tree tuck

cracking its bones.

I swiftly ran in the opposite direction buying time for my parents and my wish was granted since the two wolves came running after me.

I stood confidently after reaching a given distance and clapped my hands twice before shocking them down with my electrokinetic abilities forcing them to swift to their human self.

I grabbed one by his neck and slammed him on the tree. No matter how hard he struggled or gasped I didn't let him go until he couldn't move any inch of his body.

I tossed him on the ground and turned to the other werewolf which was growling. I didn't bother to lay my fingers on her since my mom attacked, tearing her flesh with the help of her vampire's teeth.

We watched closely as she consumed all the blood within an infrequent period. But that didn't mean we had gained victory since the other six angry werewolves were right behind our backs.

I examined their tendencies and lengthened my hands pulling my parents closer and making a circle of three leaning on each other for support. My eyes turned from black to red as I tried to accumulate every ouch of power within me but it wasn't granted to me since they attacked us before I could do anything.

My dad quickly shifted into his wolf and attacked leaving me and my mommy leaning against each other.

"It's time to use your powers son." said mother

"It's time to make use of your vampire skills, Mother," I said to my mother before shocking one of the wolves with my electrokinetic abilities.

Within two minutes, their lifeless bodies were lying on the forest ground as well as my dad's headless body.

We had no time to give him a proper burial or cry for him since other wolves were approaching us soon.

We could hear their howling sounds as well as their heavy feet on the ground.

Without wasting any minute, my mom waved her hand in the air and opened up a portal and we took off in the middle of the woods before they could come near us.

"She would have done that before, my dad wouldn't have lost his life." I thought inwardly holding back my tears as we landed in the middle of the forest.

Losing control over my wolf, I let out a loud whine as I tried to go back to my pop.

I didn't want to leave him out there for the dogs and carnivores to take satisfaction in. I swiftly ran into the woods, my mom following behind me but I wasn't ready to stop until I reached my dad's headless body.

My strengths and abilities were impeccable and uncontrollable once I was angry at something. I could be called a freak or a psychopath in Medical terms. Pure-blood vampire from my mom who trained me how to control my powers while my dad helped me how to control my wolf and my ability.

My wolf slowed after thinking about what will happen if I go back there but it was too late since we had already reached the destination.

I shifted into my human form, wearing nothing I walked passed other wolves and knelt before my dad.

10 minutes later,

Realizing that I had cried for almost ten minutes holding my headless Pop in my hands without looking back, I remembered that my mom was right behind me.

I gently placed him on the ground as my eyes examined the whole place. The lifeless werewolves were all gone and my mom was hanging dead on a tree branch.
