The phone kept ringing and rushing and ringing.
Ariel's heart shattered with each incoming call; the call was urgent, much as Aiden's emotions would be at that moment. Tears kept falling down her face, and her voice was already hoarse from crying too much.
Eva sighed in satisfaction, a smug smile on her lips, "Alright, Aiden. That's enough calling, deal with it like a man," She put the phone on DND but made sure that Ariel still saw the screen and Aiden's call that was still coming in.
"You'll regret this, Eva, I promise you!" Ariel screamed, glaring at Eva.
Eva stood from the chair and slowly started to walk around Ariel's chair.
She chuckled darkly before she started to speak.
"Regret? No, I won't. From here on, what I'm going to witness is the best life possible in the hands of my future husband, Aiden Chaz," Eva laughed evilly.
