"What are you standing there for? Come here," Quan Jue said in a mild tone.
Chi Jiao dragged the mirror spirit, who was reluctant to go near Quan Jue, towards the sofa.
She sat down on the sofa and looked at him with her big, sparkling eyes. "Brother Quan, you're smoking."
She could smell tobacco on Quan Jue.
This wasn't a common occurrence.
Mixed with his usual body scent, it actually smelled quite nice.
"You don't like the smell?" Quan Jue asked slowly.
Chi Jiao shook her head. "Smoking is harmful to your health."
"I won't smoke anymore," Quan Jue said bluntly.
His gaze then fell on the mirror spirit, who was sitting beside Chi Jiao.
The mirror spirit's red dress was dirty, its hair was a little messy, and its eyes were rather swollen. It looked like a pitiful little girl who had just been bullied.
Seeing that Quan Jue was looking at it, the mirror spirit instinctively shrank back, looking very scared.
