Chương 6: Towards the plaza (part 2)

"Hurry up, Wandi. Your sister is coming. Let's go quickly and together."

She called me up as she was already on the outside with a speed of last minutes being used by her. Then, I'm looking at the metallic black colored car which has a middle-aged man and a chubby but looks mature faced girl. Well... That's my father and my sister though.

Without any delay. I decided to take my bag and then, I'm walking hastily towards the front and wearing my usual used flip flops.

After that, I'm closing the iron door that was pretty hard to be hijacked as it was using a special key to be opened in fact*.

And then, I'm walking out together with my mother as she had entered the car from the left first while I'm locking the gate which has the key that only unlockable by using one of our fingerprints.

I'm moving in the car and I closed the door promptly after I'm going in. Then, my sister started as she was the one who drives the car.

"Have you helped mama today?"

"Already. And I forgot to release my book draft at webnovel. Ugh..." I replied to her. Thus, she smiled as she said,

"It's fine. You can do it later. At most. We have to find the clothes first."

I'm seeing her wearing a black dress like a normal office worker. With my dad who wearing his usual red formal shirt and formal pants. He questioned me when I'm looking at him.

"Have you turned off the water tap?"

"Oh yea, Wandi. Have you turned off the water tap?" She continued as she looked at me from the mirror at the car. Of course for the case that they might be going to ask me about the water tap. Obviously that I have checked those beforehand. So, I had answered both of them.

"Checked. Dad, 2nd sister*."

At a glance. I'm seeing her with a slightly slanted eye with nice short hair which being well-groomed. And then, a pointed nose like my dad and thin natural-colored lips as she owned it.

Then, I'm looking at my dad who has a slight sign of a man being aged. Slightly bald in his head at the middle**. And then, a pointed nose which sometimes I'm envying it. And a pair of slightly wide eyes just like mine. But he looked much better... Well... I can't comment much for it.

However, it was my focus as I looked at my mom who wore an elegant red dress with her brown-colored hair that seemingly covered her aged side. And eyes that slightly slanted just like my sister. And of course, she had overdone her make-up for me. I could see her lip-balm which I don't think it's needed.

Still... I was distracted as my sister was opening a song suddenly. Which led me to ask,

"Why do we tune the Chinese new year this early? We don't have to be like those plaza guys, am I right?"

She just smirking at me which I could be able to see from the mirror. And she commented,

"Well... we are close to the Chinese new year, so why not?"
