Duge raised three fingers.
"Thirty people?" Tang Houming asked tentatively.
"Three," Duge shook his head, correcting him, "So, for ultimate victory, every gamer will stop at nothing to strengthen themselves, to seize the final win. And the more gamers you eliminate, the more it benefits me."
"Why would you participate in such a cruel game?" The President's voice was exceptionally stern. He had come to believe Duge's words. A young man with a promising future had no reason to fabricate a flimsy lie to deceive him, as that would be of no benefit to him.
"Why would Green Star go to war with the Xil civilization?" Duge glanced at the President and sighed, "If it wasn't against our will, who would want to participate in this damned deathly game?"
"How advanced is the civilization forcing you to play?" The President hesitated for a moment before asking the question he was most concerned about. More than these pitiful gamers, he was more worried about the mastermind behind the scenes.
