Before proceeding any further, I took the box of tissue from the table beside me and gave it to Crystal. She took some to wipe her tears and blow her nose. I waited for her to calm down before I spoke again. Few minutes passed and finally, she was back to smiling.

"Feeling better?" I asked her.

"Yes. Sorry. I don't know why I suddenly cried."

"It's okay. No need to be sorry. And thank you for opening up to me."

"No. Thank YOU for listening."

"You know, Crystal. One thing I learned in life and from the books I've read before is that… we shouldn't worry too much about something that hasn't happened yet. There's thousands of possibilities, or even millions actually, and if we're to worry about them every single time, we'll be stressed out."
