It's kinda boring, and too casual. The way the author writes is so obnoxious and it rubs me the wrong way. They also jump around like they have extreme ADHD.

Some of the early situations feel derivative of The Way of Choices, but the main character is severely different. He's wild, shameless, and crude. Glaring plothole: bordering subordinate nation colludes with demons and the demon invasion is thwarted by our main character. Celebrating afterwards, he's perfectly sober until he eats some specially prepared food in front of everyone (prepared by the princess of the subordinate nation). He is instantly incapacitated, and... that alone might be only mildly suspicious, but his allies allow servants of the colluding nation to carry him off... completely unsurpervised. He ends up in the princess'es bed shortly after being carried off(they literally carry him directly to the bed), and nobody acts remotely suspicious of any this. They act like he was going to rape her, and they carry him out in front of the crowd in order to demonize him. Carry... because he still can't walk. My. God. I am a bit confused why the main character sucks so much at using the powers at his disposal in general, though. He learns thousands of daos throughout the story while most people only seem to only learn a few, but for some reason he doesn't know how to actually use any of them. He instantly learns some combat skills when he sees other people using them, but he seems incapable of developing anything by analogy whatsoever. It would be okay if this only persisted for a short time in the story, but it lasts forever until the end. The later parts of the story seemed rushed as if the author was in a hurry to end it. And the ending an inferior iteration of the Coiling Dragon style of ending.

Funny and just interesting enough for me to keep reading. Although it has its fair share of bad story and worse plot lines it is just quite actually very good for a story this long. The ending although not having a finality or build up of a proper ending by most stories is alright. Overall it is just a story that I read to pass time but with it ended I am not sure what to fill the void with but that’s all I can say aside from it’s humor which I will miss thoroughly. I would recommend reading this if you have lots of time and spirit stone in hand and I hope you guys also enjoyed this story as much as I did.

Okay so I really felt relaxed after a long while reading this. So I wanna read something similar to Gate Of God. So guys can anyone recommend novels similar to this. Doesn't matter which site they are on. Just GIVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS!!!! HAHAHHAAHAH
Here you are. The worst of the worst. I'll keep things brief. The characters are inconsistent, shallow and most of all, utterly infuriating. Especially the MC. Authors attempts to be "funny" without considering time place or occasion only serve to create an infuriating confusion. Do peoples lives matter, or not? Is the future of the human race important, or not? The author doesnt seem to know. He attempts to play to every audience imaginable, and so fails to play to any of them. The translation is mostly free of spelling errors, but is otherwise at just the level that you dont quit because of it. The writing is awful, and it's also obvious the translators have no idea what's going on in the story either. It's a confusing, sloppy mess that leaves you feeling like you're choking on vomit. The world building is boring. Not much else to say. It might well deserve a 3, but with how enraging the story is, I really dont want to give the story any more stars. That this has 4 stars means one of two things: qidian is artificially inflating scores, or you, me and everyone else reading this is a moron. I'm guessing both, though the worst issue is probably the latter.
Reading chapter 1 makes me feel like I'm in for a lot of drama. Reminds me of A.W.E(A will eternal)
This book will gives you the feel of fantasy, it is just like living in godlike world where things are supernatural. Good book to start with and many will like it.
