Lam_ Wow. The plot is really getting deeper again. I swear this novel is just always 0-100 at any moments. Turns out Ye Han is the 12th Level Master of Blood Kill Sect?!? WOW?
Also, that last phrase, ‘There’s always a peasant that’s plotting against the Emperor’. This isn’t something that can be translated easily, so I’ll explain the context behind it in a quick summary. So apparently, it was from a story about a rich king who was always afraid that people would conspire and plot against him. He had a really kind daughter. In the end, due to his suspicions, both of them were indeed murdered by his commoners in the end. However, in modern times, this phrase is mostly used to just joke laughingly about someone who overthinks things and is overly cautious. It’s more of a funny slang actually!
Last but not least, Author’s Notes: ‘I wanted to tell all of you guys a joke. However, this joke will take quite a few hundred words to type out. So I’m not gonna waste time. Maybe next time…’
