Crayfish were calling ear-piercingly in the marsh. Far away a large crocodile with turquoise-colored scales was lurking in the muddy water. From time to time beneath the moonlight, it opened its ferocious mouth to swallow the energy particles floating between heaven and earth.
An area like this in the western part of the highlands was quite common. Ever since the great upheavals and the emergence of folded spaces in what was originally the real world, all kinds of unknown terrains had appeared too.
