Chương 6: ALMOST A KISS
The next day
As I arrived at school , I met May again and we talked as we headed for class.
As soon as I arrived at the door to my class , I bumped into someone, who was none other than ocean eyes. Oh no!
I tried to ignore him , but he didn't allow her to.
"Hi", he said calmly but yet coolly .
I froze before my hand could reach the door then replied, before quickly entering the class.
I quickly took my seat soon the teacher walked in. I turned to look at Luke but he was already staring at me and I quickly averted my eyes.
After that class , I decided to study again alone for a while ,but soon ocean eyes walked in.
This time he came straight to my seat turned a chair sat down and stared straight at me .
"Why are you ignoring me?",he asked.
"I'm not ignoring you ,"I said lying
He just kept quiet and kept looking at me.
After a while , I couldn't take it any more and decided to leave.
Just as I walked pass him , he caught my hand and stood up , I was so shocked and yet scared.
"Why are you ignoring me" ,he asked again , leaving me stunned.
"I'm not ignoring you", I answered .
But then he pushed me to the wall ,trapping me.
"Stop lying to me Sauna", he said with a little smile.
My mind went blank, he really looked so handsome with that smile , especially when his this close. And I don't remember telling him my name, but anyway our teacher mention it a lot , I just didn't expect him to know it. This was the first time he said my name. But it sounds so good from him.
I was so lost in thought that I didn't see his unusual stares. I was slapped back to reality when he begun to approach slowly staring at my lips. My heart begun to pound.
"Oh my God!, is he gonna ....", I thought. I tried to react ,but I couldn't move. His my crush , of course I always dream of this but I can't do it. My heart pounded faster.
Just as I thought that was it , I heard Maya's voice , she seemed to have caught the moment. I quickly turned to see her staring at us. I pushed him away and walked towards her trying to leave with her, but he spoke up.
"I'll come over to your house for the project this evening",he said with a smile.
I didn't want him to but, I had no choice. It was either his or mine.
I simply nodded but, didn't dare to look at him after what just happened. I can't believe he almost kissed me, it means he likes me too.
My cheeks flashed red as I held May and quickly left.
