Taz yanked the control of their body out of the posession of Sirius and rolled to the side just in time as Odin struck the spot he had been standing.
"Taz!!!!!!" Odin yelled with almighty fury, his aura blew the misty skin off of Sirius' body, revealing his skeleton underneath. Wendigos were just bones underneath, so he couldn't be burned more than that. It took a lot to kill one. The only organ that he had in that form was skin.
Saoirse on the other hand was screaming in pain as she burned under Odin's wrath. The hellhounds were disintegrated.
Taz frowned, a minor inconvenience, he wanted to have them longer. Nevermind, he would bring them back later. He would have to find their heads for that. Saoirse on the other hand, harming her was unacceptable.
Taz and Odin broke out into a full out duel. The world for Sirius was a blur. He wasn't unconscious like he had been before, but his body moved on its own with him taking a back seat. He felt his body moving from one form to another as Taz fought Odin with all of the power his body had. His swirling black misty skin had regenerated and now Odin was burning it off again, giving the appearance of the sun dissipating mist. Taz's focus was fixed on winning and not caring about the consequences.
Sirius willed himself towards the controls. Taz please...he reached out his hand toward himself….Taz you're hurting Saoirse….Sirius regained control of his left arm. Taz became irritated, "Sirius you stay out of this." He hissed out loud.
"Watch..." He said, with a surge of energy, regaining control of the rest of his body for a brief moment. Once he had done it, his misty body covered itself in scales. The burning stopped. He had become a new creature.
Then Sirius let go, exhausted. Giving Taz control again. He acknowledged his new form briefly with astonishment that Sirius had finally allowed himself to be revealed. Taz had been found out anyways, so Sirius' only thought was survival. Sirius had converted into his true beast form.
"Well well well. I knew there was potential in you, I'm almost proud." Taz smiled. "Alright then, diplomat, show me what you can do."
Taz let go of control and Sirius found himself standing next to Saoirse. Defying the pain she was in, she spat out some blood and offered Sirius her nape. "Drink Sirius, you need it. I can feel you're too weak to fight."
But Saoirse needed her blood to finish closing her wounds, and Sirius had another way he could get blood in this form.
With a shrill beastly shriek, he lifted his head and roared, then he flapped his black and white clawed, leathery wings, stretching them wide, taking up nearly a twenty foot wingspan.
Saoirse leapt onto his back and his red, piercing beast eyes locked onto Nanna's body. In one motion, he closed his jaws around her. In one bite, she was gone. The Valkyrie screamed in terror, as he crushed Odin's body beneath his foot and began walking, with Saoirse on his back.
One by one, the creature snapped up twenty Valkyrie, each in one bite. They were all ones who would be reborn anyway. The ones who couldn't fly.
"How dare you harm the Allfather and the moon goddess!" A sudden voice stopped the beast in his tracks.
He turned his head and noticed a Valkyrie suspended in the air outside the window. She was the one who had been taking care of Lachlan the whole time. The other kids were nowhere in the room, why was Lachlan here?
"What are you doing?!" Saoirse cried, she jumped off of Sirius and ran over to the window but the Valkyrie had dropped him. Before anyone could think, Saoirse had jumped out of the window. "Saoirse!" Sirius screamed, but only the sound of a banshee came out. He towards the window like a ribbon, and breathed a fire breath, engulfing the Valkyrie instantly. But just as he reached that point, Odin reached out his hands and took ahold of his tail.
He was torn out of the air and Odin whipped him around with almighty strength, slamming his large, black body into the floor and cracking the marble under his weight.
"TAZ! I VANQUISHED YOU ONCE AND I WILL DO IT AGAIN!"
He slammed the beast the other way, putting another dent in the floor.
Sirius clawed his way towards the window, how did a mere man- a god or not- hold enough strength to toss his massive frame around? He didnt know what Odin was yelling at him about, but he needed to save Saoirse.
"Odin please!" He cried, but it just came out as a shrill "Ahhh Ahhh Ahhhhhhh!" With the sound of legions as if his shriek came from miltiple beasts.
" I DONT KNOW HOW YOU BROKE FREE FROM YOUR PRISON, BUT I WILL SEND YOU BACK TO THE DEPTHS OF SLIDIR AND THIS TIME, I WILL SEND YOU IN PIECES!!"Odin shouted as he slammed him down on the floor a third and a fourth time.
The fifth time; he had enough. He whipped his head around and with the snap of his head, his jaws snapped open and with the wet, sickening sound of his jaws clamping shut, Odin was gone.
"Now go save our mate!" Taz yelled, making the creature let out a shrill war cry.
Sirius didn't answer, he whipped out the window and dove into the abyss that his family had fallen into.
The only person in the room ran to the window. He looked down and saw them endlessly falling. The baby and Luna were no longer visible.
"Interesting."
Suddenly the sound of footsteps rushed up behind him, "Where are they going to?!" His little sister cried with panic.
He gave a slight jump but recovered quickly as his sister had always popped out at people like this. She looked out the window, tears filling her eyes. "We have to do something!" She cried. Leave it to a little girl like her to take a liking to that family so fast. Her own father lay dead on the floor and she was worried about his killer. Smh.
"It's done now." He said nonchalantly. "They will either fall endlessly, or they will end up in Nefilheim. Either way they are dead."
Sroka looked at her brother and then back at the window. "I can teleport them out!" She cried.
"What?!" He cried, but suddenly, Sroka had jumped, and then she vanished, the air itself swallowing her whole.
