Chương 14: Everyday training
Even with the addition of three more people, Yuan continued to train as usual, occasionally giving them pointers. After a month, it was Zhang Yue (Bo Saixi) who first reached the first stage of the Celestial Tyrant Art. She then entered the Tower and obtained a spirit ring of 9,000 years from the Heavenly Stinger Scorpion.
Her first Spirit Skill turned out to be Venomous Dragon Strike, and she also obtained an external Spirit Bone called Heavenly Scorpion Legs. These were similar to Tang San's Spider Legs but in her case, they resembled scorpion lances. The claws could combine into a Venomous Stinger for additional lethality.
Following her success, Zhang Ling (Bibi Dong) and Zhang Mei (Liu Erlong) also reached the required stage, but their spirit rings were close to 5,000 years. Yuan was surprised when Zhang Yue gained a nearly 10,000-year spirit ring, unaware that all three of them had systems.
As Zhang Yue was the first to reach this level, she was rewarded with a 100,000-year Torso Spirit Bone of the Mountain Dragon King. After absorbing it, her physical strength increased by several levels. If not for the restriction against absorbing 10,000-year spirit rings at her current spiritual power, she might have attempted it. Instead, she wisely chose a spirit ring near her limits to ensure the best compatibility.
Still, Yuan was pleased with their progress and continued to train alongside them. He maintained his usual rigorous routine, offering guidance and sparring with them when necessary. Despite their growing strength, Yuan treated them as equals, pushing them to refine their techniques and master their newfound abilities.
In the meantime, Xiao Wu also joined the Academy, but Yuan didn't focus on her much. To him, she was as hypocritical as Tang San. After all, in her eyes, it was acceptable for Tang San to hunt spirit beasts, but it was wrong when others did the same. Yuan couldn't bring himself to ally with her, as he disliked her hypocrisy.
Just like in the original story, Xiao Wu and Tang San became brother and sister in name but began engaging in a relationship that disgusted Yuan on another level. Perhaps, for Xiao Wu, the term "brother and sister" held no deeper meaning, but when it came to Tang San, he knew what it meant right? thus Yuan couldn't overlook their actions. To him, it was revolting and only deepened his disdain.
Over the next few years, many things happened. Yuan and the others enrolled in an academy, and during this time, the true, ugly face of Yu Xiaogang was exposed. Yu Xiaogang even tried to threaten Yuan to reveal his method of absorbing spirit rings beyond the limit. However, Yuan ignored him, already well aware of his manipulative and self-serving nature.
Yuan also gained two more companions to train with, both possessing out-of-body martial spirits. When Yu Xiaogang saw their martial spirits, he scoffed and dismissed them, arrogantly claiming that such trash martial spirits would leave them stuck at level 29 forever like him. However, Yuan and the others paid him no heed, having already seen through his pretentious demeanor. Even Liu Erlong, once blinded by love, had completely lost all respect for him and now fully supported Yuan.
After six years of training and development, the day of their graduation finally arrived. Without looking back, Yuan and his companions left the academy and the city, heading toward their next destination.
Their next destination was the Blue Tyrant Academy, founded by Liu Erlong. Yuan wasn't particularly keen on going, but Zhang Mei insisted, declaring the Liu Erlong as her "big sister," and thus, Yuan reluctantly agreed to accompany them.
"I wonder what she'll think when she finds out we've completely trashed Yu Xiaogang," Yuan thought idly. He also considered Heaven Dou Royal Academy, planning to head there after Shrek Academy inevitably came to the Blue Tyrant Academy and Liu Erlong's "love brain" started obsessing over Yu Xiaogang.
"I'll deal with them then," Yuan mused, assuming Liu Erlong would still be the same as in the original Douluo Dalu. What he didn't know, however, was that Liu Erlong had been replaced by a clone, while the real Liu Erlong was living alongside him under the guise of Zhang Mei.
The three "Zhang sisters" had yet to reveal their true identities, as their systems strictly prohibited them from doing so.
Soon, Yuan and his group found themselves outside the Blue Tyrant Academy. The guards eyed them curiously. Yuan's group was an odd mix, consisting of:

Su Chen, with the out-of-body martial spirit Black Thunder Rat
Liu Chang, with the out-of-body martial spirit Black Ring Snake
Dugu Yan

And lastly, Si Si
"What are you doing here?" one of the guards asked suspiciously, though inwardly he figured they were from a prominent family based on their aura.
"We're here to join the academy," Dugu Yan replied politely.
"Good timing," the guard responded. "The academy is in the process of Admissions right now, just head straight, then turn left. You'll see the registration desk there."
The group nodded in unison and began walking toward the indicated location.
While the have come here to join the academy Sisi has simply come with them to act as teacher, she is now a Spirit Emperor of level 65.
Even her spirit ring configuration is powerful with Two purple, and for black Spirit rings and now she is at the Red Celestial Tyrant stage and can absorb spirt rings over 100,000 years old.
With her level she can easily enroll as teacher as even the director Liu Erlong is nothing but 70+ Spirit Saint currently.
The group soon reached the area and found a large crowd gathered. Many children, accompanied by their parents, were lined up, waiting to register. At the registration desk, an official was busy checking the qualifications of each applicant.
Yuan glanced at a large board nearby, which stated that the only qualification required for admission was to be Level 20 or higher. He nodded to himself, satisfied with the simplicity of the requirement.
