Adam walked through the park, the evening sun casting long shadows over the pathways.
The air was cool, tinged with the scent of damp earth after a recent drizzle.
As he made his way home, his mind wandered to Lisa and her unusual ability.
If Lisa can possess such a unique power, how many others like her exist in this world? he mused.
His thoughts spiraled further, imagining the sheer variety of powers people could wield.
But the more he thought, the heavier his head felt. A dull ache crept into his temples.
Enough of this, he thought, shaking his head to clear it. The day's events had been overwhelming, and he desperately needed some rest.
Reaching home, Adam unlocked the door, calling out, "I'm back!"
From the kitchen, his mother, Rachel, responded, "Adam, you're late! Dinner will be ready soon."
"I'll be in my room," Adam replied, already climbing the stairs.
