The members of the parliament notified for the meeting all sat down at the round table, none expected to see William as he had not attended any meeting since he had lost the use of his legs.

Tony had informed him and emphasized the importance of his presence, reminding him that he was just as vital as Vivianne when it came to the affairs of Azurethra.

"You have no right to be here," Nicholas said, standing abruptly and casting a quick glance at Vivianne.

'It was a look that clearly signaled he wanted her support,' Anna thought. She was certain she was the only one who understood its meaning, after all she was the one who had caught them in their act.

"You are king no more and not a member of the parliament," Nicholas continued, "what business do you have here."

"Know your place, Nicholas," Anna reprimanded firmly, unable to tolerate his careless attitude.
