Luna lounged on the couch in the squad hub, her arms crossed as she stared at the large screen in front of her. The upcoming match timer ticked down slowly, but the screen still displayed their previous win in bold letters.

"Good luck," she said, her tone casual, though her eyes betrayed her frustration. "Kick some ass for me."

Jason, Talon, and Kieran nodded wordlessly, the weight of her absence still fresh. Without another word, they stepped onto the teleporter pad.
