Early the next morning,
Kang Suyeon opened her eyes softly.
She felt that everything was a bit surreal.
It seemed like every bone in her body was sore.
After getting dressed, Kang Suyeon got up and went to the living room.
She saw Su Ming-Yu sitting on the sofa reading the newspaper.
There was also a prepared breakfast on the table.
When she woke up for the first time and didn't see Su Ming-Yu, her heart sank.
After all, he was her first man.
Their relationship felt more like a transaction, something Kang Suyeon had a hard time accepting.
But when she saw Su Ming-Yu in the living room and the breakfast being prepared, a faint smile unconsciously appeared on her face.
A warmth rushed into her heart.
"Do you have classes today?" Su Ming-Yu's voice came out slowly.
Kang Suyeon was stunned by his words for a moment, then nodded.
"Yes, I have a class. Why?"
"No classes this afternoon. Come with me to the Hanyang Community sales office," Su Ming-Yu said quietly.
Kang Suyeon put a piece of fried egg in his mouth, looked at Su Ming-Yu and gave him a puzzled look.
"Why are we going to the Hanyang community sales office? We have a full day of classes, and I already took a leave of absence from my boss."
Su Ming-Yu put down the newspaper, looked at Kang Suyeon, and said casually, "If you want, I can sign today's order with others. I have no objection."
At this, Kang Suyeon's eyes suddenly widened and she began to cough violently out of surprise.
"Cough, cough, cough..."
Su Ming-Yu handed her a cup of hot milk.
After taking a sip, Kang Suyeon felt a little better.
Her beautiful eyes stared directly at Su Ming-Yu.
"How many more units do you want to buy?"
"The whole complex," Su Ming-Yu replied nonchalantly.
Hearing this, Kang Suyeon looked at him in disbelief.
"All of it?"
Kang Suyeon reached out her small, pale hand and touched his forehead.
She murmured, "No fever...then why are you talking nonsense?"
Seeing that Kang Suyeon was joking, Su Ming-Yu smiled and shook her head.
"Believe it or not, it's up to you. If you want to skip class this afternoon, go ahead. Hurry up with breakfast or you'll be late."
At that, Kang Suyeon checked her watch and started eating quickly, her cheeks puffed out like a little hamster.
Su Ming-Yu sat across from her and noticed how her complexion had brightened and a girlish charm had appeared.
"Tasty... where did you buy your breakfast?"
"I made it myself. If you like it, we can have breakfast together more often."
Kang Suyeon looked at him in disbelief.
"You...you can cook too?"
She found it hard to believe that there was nothing Su Ming-Yu couldn't do.
The infamous guy she had heard about didn't seem to be that bad.
Quite the opposite.
Young and rich.
Handsome and charming.
And he could cook delicious food.
A hidden gem.
When she thought about it, her heart started to race and she looked at Su Ming-Yu shyly.
After breakfast, they went to university together.
After a morning of classes, in the afternoon, Su Ming-Yu and Kang Suyeon skipped class and went to Hanyang Complex.
When Park Min-Young saw them walking in together, she gave Kang Suyeon a look of displeasure.
She snorted coldly, "Hmph! I'll show you the consequences of competing with me for orders!"
Of course, Kang Suyeon didn't notice Park Min-Young's resentment.
But Su Ming-Yu sensed her hostility and gave her a cold look.
Then he saw Taek Seong-cheol approaching with a smile.
"Mr. Su, you finally came. There are thirty-three people in the VIP room who have read the contract and are ready to sign."
Thirty-three units.
Su Ming-Yu frowned at the figure.
The complex wasn't big, but it still had over 1,200 units.
If only thirty people signed in one day, renting all the units in half a month seemed impossible.
He looked at Taek Seong-cheol.
"Find more interested customers. If you don't want the bank to repossess your property, you'll need at least five times the manpower starting tomorrow."
Taek Seong-cheol's eyes widened.
Thirty-three units a day and Su Ming-Yu still wasn't satisfied.
But it worked for him.
The labor costs weren't high, and he could cash out and get off this sinking ship. Smiling, Taek Seong-cheol nodded several times.
"Alright, Mr. Su. Let's go to the VIP room to sign the contracts."
Su Ming-Yu nodded slightly.
"Sure."
At this point, Kang Suyeon, who was with him, looked at him in shock, speechless.
The commission for thirty-three units...
This was something she had never dared to imagine before.
