Taek Seong-cheol swallowed.
In front of him, Su Mingyu had undoubtedly shown him a bright path.
Even if he gave Su Mingyu a 25% discount on the existing price and threw in the decoration as a bonus, he could still make a profit of almost 20%.
Compared to the bank seizing all of his properties, Su Mingyu's offer was one he couldn't refuse.

"Mr. Su, are you sure this isn't a joke?"
Su Mingyu looked at Taek Seong-cheol with a smile.
"Of course not."
"Alright! I can agree to your terms. When can we sign the contract?"
"Wait, I also need you to do me a favor."
When Su Mingyu said this, the excitement Taek Seong-cheol felt a moment ago quickly faded away, and he became cautious.
"What... what do you need me to do?"
"It's simple. Help me find some migrant workers in Gangnam District, hand out flyers, and look for tenants."

"No rent will be charged. I'll just take a deposit of 40% of the total house price. As for the house itself, you will have the right to use it for three years."

By 'professional vocabulary', he meant terminology that ordinary people wouldn't understand.
As for the tenants, it would be a couple of pages long, something everyone would probably overlook.
Of course, its purpose was to prepare for a future payout at the right time.
Taek Seong-cheol immediately understood Su Mingyu's strategy.
"Are you planning to use the tenants' deposits to buy more property, and then use that property to secure a mortgage loan from the bank?" Taek Seong-cheol asked cautiously.
After hearing his hunch, Su Mingyu simply nodded slightly.
"Yes, that's exactly what I think."
After receiving this confirmation, Taek Seong-cheol thought that Su Mingyu was a madman.
The guy in front of him was completely betting that the value of this development would rise.
An absolute gambler.
However, Taek Seong-cheol couldn't help but admire Su Mingyu's audacity.
"Mr. Su, I admire your courage. Thank you for helping me this time. I fully agree to your terms, and I'll have my own team help you find tenants."
After getting the answer he wanted, Su Mingyu stood up.
"I have to go back to class."
After saying that, Su Mingyu headed for the door.
Taek Seong-cheol quickly followed.

Downstairs, Park Mi-young watched as the deal slipped through her fingers. She began to harbor resentment towards Kang Suyeon.
Her narrow eyes fixed on Kang Suyeon as she stood up and looked for the head of the security team.
When she found him, she deliberately unbuttoned two buttons on her shirt, revealing a glimpse of snow-white skin.
"Captain Sun, can you do me a favor?" she asked, her voice sweet and suggestive.
Sun Minghao's eyes widened at the sight of her.
At that moment, his brain has been completely taken over by his lustful desires.
He opened his arms and smiled, "Mi-young, since you're asking, just tell me what you need.
Park Mi-young smiled and nodded.
Then she closed the door to the surveillance room and walked over to Sun Minghao with a seductive smile.

After his discussion with Taek Seong-cheol, Su Mingyu went downstairs.
Taek Seong-cheol sold the three properties to Su Mingyu at the discounted price he had previously agreed upon.
Of course, Kang Suyeon earned her commission from the contract.
