The two hundred million volts of lightning was indeed extraordinary.
Takumi's Raikiri clashed with Enel's strongest lightning attack, and the two forces resisted each other for several seconds.
Finally, the clash ended when both the Raikiri and the two hundred million volts of lightning dissipated, tearing apart simultaneously.
"You… you actually withstood my two hundred million volts of lightning!" Enel was shocked.
Takumi glanced at his hands and said calmly, "It seems that an entry-level Raikiri isn't enough to completely defeat Enel."
"You bastard, how dare you ignore me!" Enel, furious, unleashed another two hundred million volts of lightning toward Takumi.
This time, Takumi didn't resist with Raikiri. Instead, he walked forward through the lightning toward Enel, speaking as he went, "The Rumble-Rumble Fruit's power is indeed impressive, but to claim it's the strongest… you're not qualified."
"What did you say?!" Enel furrowed his brows.
Takumi walked out of the lightning unharmed, letting out a small chuckle. He then pointed at the ground beneath his feet and said, "In the Blue Sea, there are plenty of people who could defeat you."
"Hmph, nonsense! Do you think a god would be fooled by such an obvious lie? If I can't kill you, then no one will get what I can't have! Yahaha! Let it all be destroyed!"
Enel suddenly burst into maniacal laughter. A massive thundercloud began to expand above him, spreading outward in all directions.
Takumi looked up at the sky, watching the growing thundercloud. He could guess what this guy was planning.
Meanwhile, on Angel Island.
The residents of Angel Island were all looking up in confusion at the thundercloud that had appeared above them.
"What is that? A thundercloud?"
"How could a thundercloud form here? This is strange."
"That cloud is massive! It looks like it's coming from Upper Yard. Did something happen over there?"
"Takumi..." Conis, holding her harp, stared anxiously in the direction of Upper Yard.
"Yahaha!" Enel's eyes were filled with murderous intent. He was ready to destroy everything—Upper Yard and the surrounding islands. He wanted to kill everyone!
Seeing the crazed look on Enel's face, Takumi narrowed his eyes slightly.
Suddenly, a terrifying and powerful pressure surged toward Enel.
Just as the thousands of lightning bolts were about to rain down from the thundercloud, Enel's body trembled, and his massive Raijin form was forcibly reverted back to his original state.
"What… what is this?" Enel's pupils shrank. For the first time, he felt fear.
Even though Enel didn't collapse under Takumi's Conqueror's Haki, his body was trembling uncontrollably.
Takumi, feeling slightly disappointed, thought to himself: It seems that a level four Conqueror's Haki still isn't strong enough.
At the same time, the thunderclouds in the sky began to dissipate without Enel's power to sustain them.
Then, the system notification sounded again.
["Ding! You have saved Upper Yard and Angel Island from destruction. Sign-in progress +20%. Current total progress: 80%. Reward: Kamehameha level +1. Current Kamehameha level: Lv2."]
Hearing this, Takumi raised an eyebrow.
The only reason he had acted was because, over the past four years, the residents of Angel Island and the people in Upper Yard had treated him quite well.
It seemed that doing a good deed once in a while wasn't so bad after all.
"W-who the hell are you?" Enel, trembling, stared at Takumi in fear. "Not only are you immune to my lightning, but you can also disperse my attacks and hit me in my lightning form. Now, you've even unleashed some kind of mysterious power without doing anything. Your strength must be unmatched in the Blue Sea!"
"No," Takumi said, drawing his wooden sword, Lake Toya, as he slowly walked toward Enel. "In the Blue Sea, there are plenty of people like me."
Enel: "..."
"Hmph!" Enel scoffed. "If the Blue Sea is full of people like you, then why do so few make it to the Sky Island each year? Kid, just because you can resist my lightning doesn't mean your weapon can. Do you really think a small wooden sword can kill me? Dream on!"
"Want to try?" Takumi asked with a cold smile.
Enel gritted his teeth. "Maybe I can't kill you, but when it comes to speed, I won't lose!"
With that, Enel transformed into a bolt of lightning and fled, leaving his three subordinates behind.
Takumi chuckled and immediately activated his level six Observation Haki. He stepped forward with Soru, instantly catching up with Enel.
"Impossible! No one can move faster than lightning!" Enel clenched his teeth and prepared to keep running.
Takumi unleashed his full Conqueror's Haki, pressing it down on Enel.
The immense pressure slowed Enel down slightly.
Seizing the opportunity, Takumi slashed with Lake Toya, striking Enel's neck.
The combination of Takumi's Conqueror's Haki and his level seven swordsmanship created a terrifying surge of sword energy that sent a chill down Enel's spine.
However, thanks to his advanced Observation Haki, Enel reacted just in time, pulling back and avoiding a fatal blow.
Takumi's strike, which could have decapitated Enel, left only a shallow cut on his neck.
Enel's expression darkened as he clutched his neck, dodging and fleeing in all directions. He occasionally attacked Takumi with lightning strikes.
Unfortunately for Enel, Takumi was immune to lightning, rendering the attacks useless.
Takumi followed closely behind, even using Kamui to try and land a finishing blow. However, Enel's Observation Haki was so strong that he managed to dodge each critical strike.
"I surrender! I give up! Stop chasing me!" Enel, covered in sword wounds, was overwhelmed by the relentless pursuit and filled with despair.
Takumi didn't care. He knew Enel was an arrogant and prideful man. Breaking him down would take more than a few sword strikes.
As Takumi's slashes continued to draw blood, the two of them stumbled upon a small metal ship equipped with propellers on both sides and at the stern.
According to the original story, Enel would use the gold from the City of Shandora to build a massive golden ship during his six years of rule over Upper Yard and Angel Island.
But before that, Enel didn't have enough gold to build the golden ship, so he and his subordinates had traveled here on a metal ship with only a small amount of gold in it.
Takumi didn't care about the gold itself, but one thing did interest him.
Enel's ship was unique. It had the ability to fly, provided it had enough electrical energy.
And Enel, being a living source of electricity, was essentially a walking battery.
The thought of returning to the Blue Sea on a regular ship and experiencing the terrifying thousand-meter fall from Sky Island made Takumi feel uneasy.
But now, he had a way to avoid that terrifying freefall.
Takumi, gripping Lake Toya, approached Enel.
Enel, losing his balance, stumbled and fell to the ground. Seeing Takumi get closer, he panicked and stammered, "S-stay away from me…"
Takumi smiled darkly and said, "Choose: death or the Blue Sea?"
