Chương 7: Targetting Kuruma personally
When Kyuubi couldn't figure out what was happening, Naruto suddenly returned to reality.
Lying on his bed, Naruto opened his eyes, feeling the changes in his body. His blood was boiling with energy. His body, already strong and tough, felt even more powerful after getting that drop of Saiyan blood.
The whisker-like marks on his cheeks started to fade slightly, and his face became a bit sharper, though the changes were subtle. However, one noticeable difference was his hair—some of it had turned from blonde to black, thanks to the Saiyan blood.
Naruto stood up and looked in the mirror, noticing the black hair on his forehead. He frowned but quickly pulled out his goggles from a drawer and put them on, hiding the black strands under the band.
"A single drop of Saiyan blood has started to change me. Even if the improvement isn't huge yet, my body is definitely stronger. If I get more of this blood..." Naruto thought, a spark of ambition lighting up in his blue eyes. He began dreaming of the immense power that could one day be his.
Taking a deep breath, Naruto calmed himself down. "I'll think about that later. For now, let's see what else I can gain." He decided to test something new—he wanted to try extracting "ki," like in the Dragon Ball world.
Closing his eyes, Naruto focused, trying to feel and refine "ki." However, instead of "ki," he only managed to gather a lot of chakra. As a member of the Uzumaki clan, Naruto already had a fast chakra extraction rate, but now his stronger body allowed him to pull even more chakra than before.
Still, he felt disappointed. "No luck with 'ki' yet... I'll focus on earning more experience points and getting more Saiyan blood. 'Ki' can wait." With that, he lay back down and returned to the sealed space inside him.
Inside the seal, Kyuubi was still confused. It felt like something had changed but couldn't figure out what. It lay down in its cage, bored, until Naruto suddenly appeared again.
Kyuubi squinted at Naruto but soon ignored him, thinking it could finally sleep. However, Naruto had other plans. He walked right up to Kyuubi and stared at it intently.
"Hey, Kyuubi, are you male or female?" Naruto asked curiously.
This question instantly angered Kyuubi. "You little brat, you've made me mad now!" it growled.

"I'm just curious," Naruto said, shrugging innocently.
"Shut up, brat! You can't be curious!" Kyuubi roared, finding Naruto more annoying than usual.

"Kyuu, do you have a girlfriend?" Naruto asked again, teasingly.
"Shut up!!"

Naruto then leaned in closer and whispered mysteriously, "I've got a secret. Want to hear it, Kyuubi?"
Kyuubi's curiosity got the better of it. "What's the secret?"
"You know Hinata? She's super cute, kind, and she likes me. She'll be my girlfriend someday."
Kyuubi huffed. "Hmph! A girlfriend? Who cares! Wait... why do I feel annoyed by this brat?!"

"Don't be mad, Kyuubi. You've been stuck here for so long; you must be lonely. I can chat with you, keep you company. Isn't that nice?" Naruto said with a smile.
Kyuubi paused for a moment, thinking it over. "It... kinda makes sense."
"Right? So, let's chat. But first, are you sure you're not female?" Naruto asked again, teasing.
"Get lost!!" Kyuubi exploded with anger, wanting to swipe Naruto away with its massive paw.

Naruto chuckled. "Alright, alright. Just messing with you. But seriously, how old are you? You must be really old."
Kyuubi, who had calmed down slightly, was once again furious. It glared at Naruto, turned away, and refused to look at him, steaming with anger.

Naruto noticed that the blue experience orb around Kyuubi was getting smaller. He frowned, trying to figure out how these experience orbs worked.
"Does absorbing these cause anything bad? And how do they even form?" Naruto wondered. He guessed that characters important to the story, like Kyuubi, might have these orbs.
"I'll gather some more experience points and come back later," Naruto decided, smiling kindly at Kyuubi.
Back in the seal, Kyuubi felt a strange chill. It turned to see Naruto smiling at it—a smile that made Kyuubi uneasy.
Then it understood why.
"Kyuubi, you've been stuck here for so long. Have you gotten fat? Why is your butt so small?"
"Kyuubi, can you have babies?"
"Kyuubi, lift your leg. Let me see!"
"GET OUT!!!" Kyuubi roared, veins bulging with anger. This brat was seriously driving it crazy!
