I looked at the Luna Queen and frowned.

She still wanted to make a deal?

Why were there so many shameless werewolves around me?

They had hurt me and the people I loved, yet they still asked to be saved or for a deal.

Was she as crazy as Sofia?

What did she want from me, actually?

I was about to refuse when I felt my mindlink with Hayden open up.

“Ask her what kind of deal,” Hayden said and added, “We need to know what she wants from you.”

My frown deepened, yet I still opened my mouth.

He was right.

It would be better if we knew what was on her mind, even if we wouldn't make a deal with her.

“What kind of deal?” I asked her, as per Hayden’s instructions.

“I want you to give Theodore to me,” Luna Queen said hurriedly. “And I’ll give you the throne in exchange for him.”

My eyebrows shot up nearly to my hairline.

This was not the first time she offered the title Alpha Queen in exchange for Theo.
