Adeline paused in her inspection and turned to him. "Protect you, maybe," She said lightly. "I'm not so sure it's friendly to intruders like me." Was the Goddess going to kick her out once she realised that she was about to steal... Cough, borrow some artifacts?

A small smile tugged at Dimitri's lips, but it didn't quite reach his eyes. "Still, you shouldn't have come here. You could've been hurt—or worse."

There he goes again. Adeline shook her head. He seemed to be worried about her safety more than his own. She just healed his injuries and he seems to be A-okay now. He seemed to have the energy to lecture her too.

Adeline reached out, tracing a finger along one of the symbols. They were emitting a faint glow but she couldn't tell how it was happening. She ignored it because it wasn't important anyway.
