In the living room of his parents' house, Quintin was sprawled in the corner of an L-shaped sofa like the hero of a tragic comic who had lost his only purpose in life.

He clutched his VR gaming helmet as if it were a mortal enemy, his knuckles white from the intensity of his grip.

His face was so beet red it could put a baboon's bright red butt to shame.

His eyes were wide open, and his mouth twitched uncontrollably, as though he were resisting the urge to bite into something precious out of sheer frustration.

From the looks of it, he seemed to be deciding whether to throw his VR gaming helmet out the window or chew on it in a fit of rage.

'Well, isn't this a familiar scene.'
