Honest review . Actually it is not bad but i prefer the farm story. All male trainers who battled the mc are suffering to young master syndrome, too much pride, arrogant. All trainers who battled the mc whether they earned all badges,six badges,etc are suddenly reduce there intelligence they couldn't calm themselves. for example Blue. I hate this version of Lance he acts like a psychopath. All villains currently existed in this novel when they encountered the mc they suddenly become shy,meek young maiden in every encounter. This is ridiculous The more i read this looks like a face slapping novel. Actually the first nine chapters are good without the system,even though i like a novel with a system maybe except this one. The system are too OP, mc receive a basic pokemon at the end of chapter but in next chapter it already a level 70 pokemon who reached champion level. Mc relied too much on his connection when getting pokemon and the author who didn't explain or give details. this happens everytime when the mc want to form a new team. Ash who battle the Mc become a stupid who send a bulbasaur to fight zapdos. Translator, the hell you didn't bother editing when you are updating, Arianna become Athena, Proton become Selene,Ilene become erina,Lily become Erika, Will become Carl, League President Goodshow become Vernon. Who the hell is Carsey? I thought it was Scott who owned battle frontier. Mc bullied challengers too much by sending champion level pokemon who in the right mind fighting lvl 70 above, when your opponent are on lvl 40 or something. In games dragon types are known being hard to trained(level up) but our ridiculous Mc in just 2 or 4 chapters they already become champion level pokemons. Mc pokemons suddenly evolving in next chapters. This story are damned fast pace author didn't bother storytell Mc adventure in Growth simulator. Battles are getting boring without thrills currently the mc already a world class trainer. the more mc get pokemons, the older ones will be forgotten. When mc having a battle 6v6 or 5v5 only one or three pokemon getting a screentime.
I have a question to ask, is this worth it to read? PS: translator, please update pokemon i'm a farmer.
Mc gets Kyurem , Reshiram , and Necrozma his top legends He also gets other lower legendary like zaptos ,darkrai and articuno + more. He also makes poison , dark , grass, and ghost type teams with powerful pokemon so challengers have really can't beat him . To Top it off his system has function where he can play his game in his dreams and once he completes a region he can acquire 1 pokemon from that regon including legendaries . Oh forgot he also has a strong dragon-type team as well .
This novel gives off a similar vibe to Journey Towards Greatness, in that once the MC establishes himself, he becomes overpowered and nearly invincible. The key difference is that while Journey Towards Greatness relies heavily on raw power and overtrained Pokémon, here the MC’s strategy also plays a significant role. I really enjoy this strategic aspect, which clearly draws inspiration from the competitive nature of Pokémon games. Unlike in Journey Towards Greatness, the MC doesn’t necessarily capture his Pokémon himself (he’s extremely rich), but this isn’t an issue because the author has made it logically consistent within the story. Now, for a few minor drawbacks (which are, of course, subjective). The MC quickly makes his Pokémon extremely powerful by utilizing the Pokémon game mechanics through a system (a classic trope, but one that’s still popular). This approach accelerates the story, allowing for high-level battles to unfold quickly, but it also shortens the potential lifespan of the work. Once the MC becomes invincible, it raises the question of whether there’s still a story to tell. In conclusion, it’s an interesting read—entertaining, though not particularly deep. If the author manages the pacing well, perhaps the novel could be stretched out a bit longer. However, I’m not sure it can reach 500-1000 chapters without sacrificing quality.

It seems like there is an underlying romance in this novel but I am wondering if it is harem or no-harem?

It’s been a while since I read a decent pokemon fic. The translation and editing was done very well. Engaging story wise and well executed characters and strategy exploration

I was enjoying it until the system came in. Completely unneeded for a story like this when the MC did not even need it and was already setup to be strong.
I like it definitely Unique among other pokemon fanfics, The update is kinda slow or maybe I'm just excited to get Chapters
i like the story about mc being a gym leader, especially his cheat, i also like the pokemon battles in his gym with a mix of comedy, overall i like it. please keep updating
Ngl the system kinda ruins the story, it's perfectly fine without one and there isn't even a tag for it.
I like the story idea but the constant explanation of every single moves typing hurts me on an emotional level. There will be almost nobody reading a Pokémon fanfic that doesn’t know most of the moves already and can sus out the rest. Actually made me drop the story during the Red fight.
The simple explanation for this story is “reincarnater becomes gym leader and trolls challengers with the most toxic, cancer inducing strats possible.” It’s hilarious.
This gets a 5 from me you've done an excellent job translating especially since I've checked out the raws and they're real bad to the point that I read one paragraph and was like this does not translate well I noped out of there so fast. My only Complaint is i read 100 chapters in a day now I have to wait for more so I can binge read them again.
I definitely need more I caught up so fast and I'm totally hooked. Love the Gym leader premise, love the despicable Toxic stall and Parafusion tactics etc. Really good just need a few hundred more chapters lol. Hard finding a good Poke Fic on here.

Very funny character who is a total troll but in a very funny way very well written. It updates every day at 11 am. Its also very interesting having the Mc be a gym leader while still going on adventures
