Lyria didn't go back inside like the rest who had escorted the bride to the carriage until she watched it disappear into the distance. She glanced down at the purple bracelet around her wrist and wept silently to herself under the moonlight.

Ave wished she could reach out and console her, but she was just an invisible bystander. She stood there again and watched as time swirled around her until she found herself in a large mansion with the sign "The Glynn Residence" written at the top. She was in Anne's home.

Ave had no idea what this was trying to show her by changing the setting and place, but she knew she would learn something that might answer her unanswered questions. She had never even known that Selene's mother and Lucian's were best friends, nor had Lucian ever told her about it. Was that why he married Selene in the past? Was that why he loved her then? Those questions were still swirling through her mind when she entered inside the mansion.
