Chương 5: Chapter 5: Kick Your Ass!

Usually, as per the rules in the modern werewolf world, most young adults finish awakening their wolves on the full moon night by the age of 18, but the different cases were very small in number.

While applying for the entrance exam of Elite Alpha Academy, Kylian had already lied in his resume that he had attained his first transition as a dominant Alpha by 18. He was already confident of himself that soon or later he would attain his transition, and the lie wouldn't be a bigger issue.

But at this point, he felt a sudden nervousness deep in his heart for the first time when Zenith directly inquired him in a cold voice. He slid a glance at all the other students gathered around them as if some kind of show was going on, but when his eyes met Aiden for the first time, he saw that guy wasn't scowling at him like others.

However, the second their eyes met, Aiden shook his head a little as if he was trying to give him a signal to stop getting indulged with Zenith and head inside the academy building at that moment.

"Did cat caught your tongue?"

However, Kylian quickly retrieved his senses back from Zenith's sarcastic sneer and felt quite irked by his taunt. Putting all his nervousness aside, he boldly claimed, "I am not a resident of this town, but if not an Alpha, then do I look like a freakin' Omega to you, eh? You don't seem like a retarded student of this academy, but I am astonished, can't you tell the difference between an Alpha and Omega guy?"

Somehow expecting his scowl, the sneer on Zenith's face darkened a little when he lifted a small glance at Stephan who was by that time pressing his bleeding mouth and nose with the handkerchief which Kylian had offered to him before.

Feeling a strange perturbed agitation inside him from the sight, Zenith glowered, "Then…perhaps are you sent here by this twerp's family?"

"What—"

"NO!!"

This time before Kylian could finish his words, Stephan almost jolted up from the ground, and folding his shivering hands, he pleaded in a teary murmur before Zenith, "I swear on our Divine Moon Goddess! I…I didn't relay a single word to my family regarding what had been happening to me for the past week! I…I don't know this guy…I don't know why he is trying to help me…but please, don't suspect me, Master! My family didn't send this guy for me here!"

Baffled at his plea, Kylian couldn't help but gaze at Stephan's bruised bloodied face which was twitching in fear as he was addressing those words to Zenith.

While gawking at him, his glance slightly rolled at Zenith who seemed to be amused by his plea enough to scowl at Stephan as if he was some kind of dirty pest. Not only Zenith, but most of the students snickered at Stephan's helplessness, except Aiden whose gaze couldn't stop following Kylian's actions.

"Hah…fuck…for the past week?" Running his thick large fingers to push his sleek black hair bangs above from his forehead, Kylian gritted his jaws at Stephan. His hopeful blue eyes were filled with contempt as if from the incident he was having a deja vu about his miserable childhood.

As a small child born from a weak, pitiful, single omega mother, he was used to those scornful gazes from other classes of their society looking down on him and his mother. Sometimes he even had to watch his mother getting brutally beaten up by other women just because their nasty husbands couldn't refrain themselves from lusting for her beautiful mother.

Since that very young age, while he often had to treat his mother's bruises, he swallowed his tears and only kept his burning rage alive in his heart to become a strong Alpha who wouldn't allow anyone to bully a weak person.

After all these years now that he had grown strong enough with his ardent determination, watching the same incident brazenly repeating, this time with a weak, sickly person like Stephan in such a prestigious Alpha academy flared his vicious anger.

His jaws twitched as he laid his furious glare on Zenith while shrieking at him, "You have been bullying your fellow classmate for the past week and you are boasting about that, huh? How can you call yourself an Alpha, you nasty prick? Don't you understand why we were divided into all these classes by our divine Moon Goddess Mother?

"As an Alpha, as the supreme rank holders of our society, we must perform our duties! We were born like this so we could protect the ones who are fragile compared to us…for example, omegas! But…monsters like you don't have the slightest dignity left in them to even realize what kind of heinous crime you have been committing! Building up a shameless troop just so you could bully weak people, why the hell are you doing this?"

"I can't stand the sight of weak, pathetic people, especially omegas." But Zenith's voice turned very cold this time. His sneer tainted and just his voice created such a spooky atmosphere in the area that flinched most of the students who were watching them.

He narrowed his dark eyes on Kylian's hostile gaze and marched a few steps closer to him, as he blatantly stated, "If they are weak, they should be out of my sight, I just demand this one simple rule. It's already great those filthy omegas won't be allowed inside or near this academy, but I can't stand the sight of weak alphas as well! If they wanna stay alive, they must stay away from me…that's the only thing I asked this moron as well! But he didn't listen to me and it angered me, so whose fault is this?"

He pointed his long index finger towards Stephan who immediately went on his knees again, begging before Zenith, "I…I am sorry, Master! I won't commit such a mistake aga—"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!"

This time before Stephan could finish his plea before Zenith, Kylian's loud fervent shout winced everyone hard, including both Stephan and Zenith too! Before Stephan could ask a word, Kylian glowered at his trembling self on the ground this time and clenched his fist at him, "If you don't stop trembling and apologizing before this piece of trash, then I am gonna beat you up first, then deal with this fucker!"

"Huh?" As much Stephan shuddered from his loud threat, before he could speak, Kylian averted his hostile glare back on Zenith who seemed very amused by the turn of the situation. "So, do you think everything would happen here from your wish, huh? Who do you think you are, a God? Or a King? Should we bow before you, eh? Perhaps apart from belonging to a rich family, what other achievement do you possess to bear such shameless confidence, huhh?"

"Haha!" A cold chuckle escaped from Zenith when he moved a little ahead, closing the distance between the two giant men facing each other. With an arrogant smug, he asked him back, "And who do you think you are, newbie? Are you some kind of Messiah for weaklings? Or maybe…you are an angel sent by the heavens, huh?"

"Me?" Kylian's sneer turned scary with a diabolic glare in his blue eyes towards Zenith as he blurted aloud, "You know what, I was contemplating my choice to come to this academy at first, but now I do think I must be a Messiah sent by the heavens! But…you can consider me a guy…who's here to kick your ass!"
