She was using her laptop to access the server with her pre installed program. The two monitor screens shows documents she has to work on but it was only displayed in there to fool anyone who walked behind her. 

Conrad recognized her as Lisa, the person sitting close to the supervisor. She was also the supevisor's assistant. Taking care of the miscellaneous tasks in the team.

And she can always access the computer of the supervisor, as well as the others.
