Dongwoo was smart. Too smart for his own good, in fact.
He knew that it wasn't going to be alright as he said. Rather, one of them had to die that night.
'Was it predestined?' he thought. 'The teacher talked about destiny last time. She said,' he closed his eyes. 'Everything that happens is set in stone and no one can easily change it. It's destiny. I didn't know what it meant and thought she was just blabbing some grown-up stuff, but now I get it. I was destined to fall off the cliff this time.'
He opened his eyes and smiled.
"Owen, my brother needs treatment. Please, take him back and also get treated." His eyes teared up through his smile. "I don't want you to die."
"No one's dying, young master. We'll scale through this together."
How long had it been? Dongwoo could not tell but it felt like he had been hanging off that cliff for quite a while.
He was just four years old but was already seeing death in the flesh.
Ah, most kids lose their memories because of these sort of things but Minwoo had to live with them fresh in his memory even after so many years.
It must've been traumatizing and both of them don't know how much their hurting.
Dongwoo and Minwoo are both hurting. I'm sorry, babies, I didn't mean to hurt you but I won't change what has already happened
