Something changed and didn't follow the canon.
Weiss didn't go to see Dr. Oobleck to tell him that Ruby wasn't suitable for the leader position, nor did Ozpin comfort Ruby about being a leader. Sullivan had already solved this problem by himself, and now Ruby was reading books on his bed. Weiss was also there to guide her.
Because the two teams' rooms had become one. Ruby wanted to learn from Sullivan, but he was too lazy to teach her. He just gave this duty to Weiss. Who was readily willing to make it her own. She respected Sullivan very much and thought that he was just trying to guild her too.
Weiss was patient with Ruby and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Under her guidance, Ruby quickly picked up the skills she needed.
"Big Brother Ai wants hot cocoa. Can you make it for Ai, please."
Ai was now watching cartoons on her scroll and asked him for hot cocoa. She didn't need to do any homework right now because she had finished it in class.
Sullivan, who was being lazy right now, heard her. He got up and made his famous hot cocoa for Ai instantly. He loved her too much to deny her.
Despite her eagerness to make it herself, she knows that Sullivan's recipe is too good to pass up. Ai watches cartoons on her scroll while patiently waiting for her hot cocoa.
Ruby was nearby and couldn't resist the smell of the hot cocoa. She asked if she could have some too, but Sullivan was already on it. He made a batch big enough for everyone to enjoy.
"I made it for everyone. Please drink it while it's still hot."
Nora couldn't resist the aroma of the hot cocoa and was the first to taste it. Her love for pancakes was unparalleled, but she still loved to eat anything that had sugar in it.
Nora exclaimed.
"Leader, this hot cocoa is amazing! You really have a talent for making delicious drinks. I want to drink it with pancakes!"
As Nora praised Sullivan's talent for making delicious drinks and expressed her desire to drink the hot cocoa with pancakes, Ren's face went pale. He was afraid of Nora's super high sugar intake and knew that combining hot cocoa and pancakes would create a sugar overload that Nora might not be able to handle.
He quickly spoke.
"Nora, maybe it's best if you don't have too much sugar. Remember what happened last time?"
Nora looked at Ren with confusion, but Sullivan understood his concern.
"Ren's right, Nora. Maybe let's just enjoy the hot cocoa for now."
Nora simply shrugged and took a sip of her hot cocoa, not bothered by Ren's warning. She enjoyed the warmth of the mug in her hands and the sweet taste of chocolate on her tongue.
As she sat there, savoring her drink, she couldn't help but feel grateful for moments like these—simple yet comforting. Nora was content to just be in the present moment, letting go of any worries or concerns.
She might be energetic, but moments like this allowed Nora to slow down and appreciate the simple things in life.
Pyrrha joined them with a smile, grateful for the warmth of the hot cocoa on this cold night. She took a sip and closed her eyes in delight, savoring the rich chocolate flavor.
"This is amazing," she said, enjoying the cozy atmosphere of their little gathering.
Pyrrha looked at Sullivan and thanked him for giving her the hot cocoa. She was appreciative for the times like these that brought them all together and happy to be in the company of such good friends.
As she took another sip of the delicious drink, Pyrrha couldn't help but feel content and at peace.
She was still very right to choose this place as her school.
The next day, in the morning at 6 a.m.
Sullivan was now slowly opening his eyes. He yawned lazily. He felt very cozy now.
'I don't want to get out of bed...'
He sighed. He thought that today they had a combat class that he couldn't miss because this class was taught by his favorite character in RWBY. Glinda Goodwitch, and not only that. His beloved sister, Hermione, will be there too.
She would be sad if he didn't show up. They didn't do much with each other when they started the mission.
Sullivan finished thinking about it and felt something on his chest. He looked at someone who was hugging him under the blanket now.
"Ai is very cute when she is sleeping."
He smiled, but he still thought that Ai shouldn't be that heavy. He then slowly opened up the blanket, and his expression was blank.
"Wait a minute. Why is Ruby here too?"
Sullivan knew that Ai slept with him yesterday and hugged him to ease her nightmare, but Ruby? She shouldn't be here hugging him like a teddy bear.
