King Luo stood solemnly beside him, waiting for the Jade Emperor to finish reading the scroll before respectfully bowing and saying, "Your servant thanks Your Majesty!"

"No need to thank me, it was your position rightfully due," the Jade Emperor said. "It is my failure that allowed you to be suppressed for so many years."

"Your Majesty, your servant deserves death!" King Luo quickly prostrated on the ground. "It is my inadequacy as a servant that has led to this, how can I blame Your Majesty? Moreover, this has also been a form of tempering for me."

"Rise, a dignified Lord of the Netherworld need not kneel like this," the Jade Emperor said with a light laugh, before pointing to the scroll in his hand, "Is this everything?"
