Coming out of this rip in space, was a small and delicate spider that glitched in and out of reality.
It fell on the roof of a building before slowly crawling down on the wall.
As if attracted to the tragic scene, which is Sol, it leaped and landed without a sound on Sol's jacket. The spider was truly small, just tinier than a coin with all of its 8 legs extended. It was a mix of white and red with two, tiny black horns on its sack.
It moved towards Sol's neck before it suddenly sinked its fangs into his skin.
With the intense pain enveloping him, Sol couldn't even feel the spider's bite. However, he felt as if he was hearing and seeing illusions as a screen appeared in front of his face.
[Ding! Host has been binded to the multiversal system: Accept Initialization?]
[Yes] [No]
[Automatically accepts in 10 seconds.]
Sol was in too much pain to think as his vision became foggier. He didn't even know that a timer was taking place.

[Host is now binded.]
As Sol's consciousness began to fade, a strange, mechanical hum echoed faintly in the back of his mind.
[Analyzing host's condition...]
There was a brief pause as the mechanical voice worked.
[ERROR! Host is in a critical state.]
[Injuries detected: Piercing wounds to the chest and left thigh, lung collapse imminent. Multiple fractures in the ribs and left arm. Severe internal bleeding. Lethal damage to the heart!]
[Commencing emergency life-saving protocol...]
[Finding suitable method for survival.]
Sol's mind flickered in and out of consciousness, his breath shallow, pain clawing at the edges of his awareness. The cold was becoming unbearable, but something inside him — some supernatural system — kept working, searching.
[Super Soldier Serum... failure. Cannot heal mortal wounds.]
[Gamma Radiation Mutation... failure. Cannot heal mortal wounds.]
[Blood Manipulation... failure. Cannot heal mortal wounds.]
The seconds dragged on. Sol could feel his heartbeat slowing. The world around him, darkened in shadow, seemed to slip further away with every weak breath. The system's calm, detached voice continued.
[Nano-enhanced regeneration... failure. Cannot heal mortal wounds.]
His mind was too far gone to register the desperation in the system's continued searches, but deep inside, it was clear — none of the options could save him.
Then, suddenly, something shifted.
[Searching for alternative... Symbiotic fusion detected.]
[Symbiosis with external entity... viable.]
[Success! Healing process being initiated.]
As the mechanical sound resounded in his mind, a black and purple goo-like substance had appeared — ripped out from the fabric of space itself and appearing in front of him.
The goo was confused as it dropped and laid on the floor, making disgusting squelching sounds. Seeing Sol's pathetic state, it immediately attacked Sol out of instinct as it attached itself to his chest, squeezing itself through his bullet holes, moving inside his body.
The black and purple goo writhed, weaving through his wounds and spreading across his chest like an infection. The alien substance pulsed with life, its form shifting and expanding as it flowed into his body. His convulsions were violent as the symbiote fused deeper, but now, it wasn't just healing him — it was transforming him.
Sol could feel his body repairing itself, but something more was happening. The tendrils of the symbiote wrapped around him like some kind of armour, stretching over his jacket and his entire body. It moved rapidly over his limbs, organs, his chest, and his head.
The alien completely covered him, coating his skin and clothes in a thin, flexible layer of inky black.
His jacket seemed to fuse with the black and purple goo, forming a devilish, cloak-like appearance. It clung to his body like an assassin's garb, with the symbiote creating a suit that looked almost like a second version of him, but tighter, more agile, and deadly.
The fabric was dark, nearly blending into the shadows, while the thin, purple lines gave it an eerie and ominous vibe as if the material was otherworldly.
Sol was in a half-conscious state as this was happening. He tried to make sense of what was happening, but the symbiote was in control now, driving his body with its own instincts. His vision blurred, his mind foggy from the pain and the sudden surge of power coursing through him.
He still knew that the men were near by. No he sensed them — their voices, their sneers, their subtle emotions. Like hunting a prey, Sol could sense everything...
The ones who had beaten him, shot him and nearly killed him.
But now... they had no idea what was coming.
The symbiote sensed them too. For some reason, it could also feel Sol's hate for them.
Without warning, Sol's body lifted itself with a new burst of strength as he launched forward, faster than he could ever move on his own. His feet barely touched the ground as the symbiote's tendrils lashed out, propelling him through the darkness. He was extremely fast, like a blur in the night.
The first victim barely had time to react before a tendril shot out from Sol's arm, wrapping around his throat like a whip before dragging him through the air.
As the flying body reached his proximity, Sol sent out a punch.
Splatter!
He had effortlessly punched a hole through the man's chest as blood splattered on the walls of the alleyway.
The other men had reacted, reaching for their weapons, as their faces became ashen with fear from the alien monstrosity in front of them.
"W-What the fuck is that?!"
"Holy shit! I–It's a monster!"
At this moment, Sol was covered in an inky black layer with streaks of purple. Tendrils could also be seen twisting and warping behind him. Moreover, his skin and clothes were currently covered in this black substance, making him look like an assassin of the abyss.
Although he had a similar stature, this inky black form was like the appearance of a terrible nightmare.
Regaining their composure slightly, they all tried to attack him, thinking that their number advantage would be able to win, but the symbiote, no, Sol's reflexes were beyond human.
Sol could feel his instincts guiding him, moving him with fluid, precise motions that his mind couldn't fully comprehend. His inky hand lashed out, tearing through one of the men's throat and then ripping out his spine!
Seeing such a gruesome and terrifying scene, all the men lost all their composure and confidence as they tried to run.
But Sol had moved first as he leaped into the air before crashing down as he used his right arm to slam a skinny man's face onto the ground, crushing his head like a watermelon.
With a casual swing of his other arm, Sol had completely broken the man with the injured eye's neck, leaving only one left...
One man, trembling, tried to run but had tripped and fell on his back.
The symbiote took quiet steps as the man was completely pale with pure fear. He shakily took out his gun as he unloaded all the bullets.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The symbiote armour, however, only shook and deformed slightly as it continued moving closer.
"Y-You freak! Get back!"
As Sol was in a half conscious state, his emotions was being influenced by the symbiote greatly. He was consumed by madness and the desire for calamity.
The symbiote's tendrils shot out once more as it wrapped around the man's waist.
It lifted the man off the ground as he struggled violently to no avail.
"No... please..." the man begged, his voice barely audible due to his fear and helplessness.
For a brief moment, a piece of Sol's consciousness returned, just enough to recognize the man's terror.
He hesitated...
But the symbiote didn't.
With a final, separating motion, the tendrils had easily split the man into two as blood rained over his figure.
After killing everyone, the symbiote was quite pleased and in a good mood.
The symbiote quickly realised that Sol's body was extremely compatible. For a human, Sol's body was way too strong.
It was perfect...
It decided to go on a massacre today. This entire city will be filled with blood!
[Warning! External entity is trying to devour the host. Terminating sentience...]
Once those mechanical words resounded, the symbiote felt an overwhelming amount of fear as it tried to resist. But it was futile. Soon, it's sentience was completely erased...
Sol's body began reverting back to normal as the inky black substance retracted back inside his body.
A wave of dizziness overwhelmed Sol as he collapsed and went unconscious with all the corpses he created.
