Chương 16: Shopping and Arlong past.
*Fish man, Nojiko and Genzo Pov*
Hearing the fish man ask about Nami I was worried that Arlong has found out that something is wrong.
" Nami I don't know anything about her I haven't seen her for last 1 and half year" I said in bad tone.
listening this " ho really" kuroobi started going towards nojiko.
Seeing this Genzo go in front of me.
" What are you doing she said she don't know anything" I said while trying to protect nojiko behind me.
Seeing this I used by hand to push this human away and got close to the girl.
" Genzo" seeing him being pushed I started moving back.
After the push I stood up and wanted to help nojiko but.
" Hatchan handle this human"
Hearing this I pulled the human who was trying to save the girl and said.
" Don't move "
Hearing this I could only watch as he got close to Nojiko.
" You really don't know or are you hiding something from us"
Hearing this I was stunned but controled my emotions and said in scared voice " I really don't know anything"
Hearing her tone I smiled and got close to her face and licked her face.
Felling his tongue in my face I was really scared this time.
All the villagers who were coming towards them, happen to see this seen and they immediately started going towards the fish man while shouting.
" Hey what are you doing"
" We have already paid this month money"
" Yes you can't do anything to us"
Seeing villagers coming i has tears in my eyes.
Two villagers who look some strong and hand bats in their hands.
Come close to kuroobi one on right and one on left, and than Swing their bat at same time targeting his head.
Feeling the attack I just let them attack I know my own strength.
Other villagers were stopped by Hatchan.
After hitting his head to bats broke in half, two villagers were stunned.
While scratching my head I turned and looked towards two villagers who were backing down due to fear.
" I can't let you go" saying this i punched one villager with my left hand and second villager with my right leg.
Sending both flying their condition unknown.
Seeing this all villagers stopped in their track fear spreading through their whole body.
Seeing this I laughed loudly.
' Situation is getting really bad'
I turned again moving close to the girl and asked " you really don't know"
I decided not answer and remain silent.
Seeing this l lean down and said in her ear " if you know something tell me otherwise I will kill the villagers"
Hearing this i was shocked and started shaking.
' no I can't let them die because of nami, she will always blame herself'
After hesitating I decided to tell him.
" I really don't know where nami is and when she will come back, but I can say she will return in at least 2 months"
Hearing this I stared her in the eyes to see if she was lying.
Seeing him looking at me I don't back away and started.
" Nojiko" seeing this I shouted.(Genzo)
Seeing that she was telling the truth and can't get more information I said.
" Pray that she returns in 2 months or we will really kill you all if she doesn't not return in next two months, remember that"
I said while looking at all the villagers.
" Hatchan let's go back"
" Ok "
We started going back to Arlong park to report to the captain.
After they were gone I come to my sense and checked 2 villagers who were beaten.
" They are alive take them to doctor Nako, fast"
Hearing my voice the villagers come back to their sense and picking up two villagers they started going towards village doctor Nako.
Hearing this I stumbled to the ground and lost all my strength.
' it was really scary '
Looking at villagers going away and seeing nojiko seating on ground, I walked up to her.
" Nojiko are you alright and plz tell me everything you know"
Looking at Genzo who was looking worried.
" I am alright about that let's go home and talk"
Saying this i stood up and started walking towards our home.
' Nami plz come back in this 2 months or the situation will be bad'
" Was it really necessary to do all that" I asked kuroobi while walking towards Arlong park.
" Yes it was necessary "
" But wasn't that to extreme and captain has given permission to nami to stay outside for longer time, we were both there when this happen"
" Hatchan they are humans our enemies don't worry about them and about nami Arlong indeed given permission to her but we haven't heard anything about her during last 2 years "
" Maybe she is doing while hiding here identity and without attracting anyones attention "
" I don't know we will see if she comes back in two months or the life's if those villagers will be gone"
Hearing this I shook my head and started walking without saying anything.
After some time we were outside Arlong park.
*Nami and Atharva Pov*
" Darling 💗 we will be there in 10 minutes"
It has been 1 day while we meet those pirate, and was early morning 🌄 of the next day,
Hearing this I nodded " ok "
After thinking I decided to first go to conomi island and save the villagers first and the slave afterwards.
And not seeing nami come back for nearly 2 years Arlong will see that something is wrong and may harm the villagers.
Seeing at nami who was controlling the boat ' she will blame herself'
After some time we reached port and docked our boat.
" Nami we are in hurry find a city were we can get what we want and we will directly go to conomi island without stopping anywhere"
Hearing this looked at him " ok darling 💓 and thank-you I really appreciate what are you doing for us" I said while going towards him.
Pulling her into my arms i caressed her long orange hair, I asked her to grow her hair that way she looks more beautiful.
"Don't say thank you to me 💕 I can be considered as your husband 💕 so it is my duty to a make sure you and your family is ok"
Enjoying his touch on my hair " yes you are my husband 💋 " giving him small kiss on lips.
We come early in the morning so there were not many people around the dock at this time.
" Well some new people are coming today"
" They both look beautiful 😍"
Seeing that we were attracting attention I quickly said.
" Let's go take what we need and left things which are not valuable on the boat "
Hearing this I glanced at the people who were looking at us.
" Ok darling 💞 " I picked 5 million and gold jewellery to sell.
"Darling how about we found a hotel to stay and fresh up the stores will not be open this early"
I found two clocks to put on and hide our appearance.
While putting clock on nami I said "ok whatever you say"
After getting to the city, we found hotel and settled down.
After spending some time in bed while cuddleing with each other.
Noice started coming from outside.
I opened the room window and saw flow of people.
" Its been 12 years since come to this world and this is the first time I saw this main people"
" Darling 💞 what are you saying "
" Nothing get ready were are going for shopping"
" Ok"
After some time we exited the hotel, while leaving we asked the receptionist about were can we find a bank to exchange the gold jewellery for money.
She smiled and told us were is the bank.
After going inside the bank one employee come and ask
" How may I help you"
" We want to sell some gold jewellery for money"
Hearing this the employee nodded at guided us towards the bank manager to check the gold if it real and how much value it has.
After checking and some negotiation the money we get for that jewellery was 2 million berries.
After coming out of the bank we entered the clothing shop.
" Darling 💞 are you sure you don't need clothes"
" Yes let me help you with some nice clothes"
After searching for a long time we found two sets of clothes which looked good on her.
" Why not you try them and show them to me" I said handing here two sets of clothes.
" Ok darling"
I entered the changing room.
First one was a long Jens and white colour tshirt which perftly fit my body.
" I can easily move in this dress let's show to darling 💞 "
I walked out of the room and see him looking at women's undergarments section.
I was looking towards some nice Bras and pants match for nami and if possible some sexy lingerie for our nightly activities.
" Darling 💖 we will go there after buy some clothes ok" I said while smiling.
Hearing this I looked towards her and was stunned, the Jens shows here perfect long legs and the shirt brought out here inocent side.
Seeing him looking at me with dazed eyes i was very happy.
" Darling 💞"
" Yes you look perfect we will buy this try next one plz"
" Ok "
R-entering the room I tried second set.
Second set was a small skirt and red shirt.
" Will how is this"
Coming out I asked.
" Ok but first one was better, but we will also buy this one"
After deciding on clothes we entered the women's undergarments section.
I selected Namis size defferent colour bras and matching pants.
Seeing him selecting for my self I was stunned and just keep looking at him.
" Darling 💞 we don't need this much only two sets of each pair is enough"
" No atleast we will take 4 set of each pair"
In the end we choose red, pink, yellow and brown colour matching bras and pants of her size.
I was looking at some lingeries.
"Darling we can get some of you want to see me in them"
" Ho I plan on doing that don't worry"
After looking at some time we choose two set of lingeries.
One with red colour and the pink colour with open breast and pussy part which looked very sexy.
Looking at what he have selected "Darling you are very naughty"
"Well let's go" I said while rubbing my head.
During paying the money the casher looked at us and smiled.
After handling the payment we decided to eat something first.
So while looking for a stall to eat something I see different mask of animals.
' Animal mask ha' we i defeat Arlong the navy named mouse will definitely not let me go and I don't want bounty on my head this early and I still need to stay in east blue to save those slaves.
Thinking like this I said " Darling 💞 let's buy some mask"
" Mask why we have clock to hide our faces"
" During battle or due to strong wind our clock may be removed so for safety let's buy us Mask"
"Nice idea darling 💞 let's do that"
After wasting some time selecting mask.
" Why I am cat"
" Because when you get angry you look like a cat that's why"
We selected a cat mask for nami and a lion mask for me.
" Cat ha than I will scratch you in night be careful" I did scratching action while looking at him.
Seeing this " let's see who scratch who on night"
Finding a stall we started eating.
* Third person Pov*
Arlong past.
At a very young age, Arlong was abandoned by his father in the Fish-Man District and soon forgot his father's face. However, at the age of 15 he was then approached by a man claiming to be his father, who left Arlong with a young girl that was born to a different mother.
During his childhood, Arlong grew up in the Fish-Man District along with Jinbe, Macro, and Fisher Tiger. In his youth Arlong was with Hatchan, Chew, and Kuroobi when they saw the Sabaody Ferris Wheel. When he was 25 years old, he formed his own crew.On Fish-Man Island, Arlong would usually spend his time teaching younger fish-men, such as Hody, to hate humans or harassing the citizens of Fish-Man Island for befriending humans, much to Jinbe's scorn. Jinbe severely disliked Arlong for his brutish actions and behavior, often stepping in when he was causing trouble. Whenever Fisher Tiger returned from an adventure, both Arlong and Jinbe would give him a warm greeting. After Fisher Tiger attacked Mary Geoise, became an enemy of the World Government, and formed the Sun Pirates, Arlong and his crew integrated with Tiger's crew. During a battle with the Marines, Arlong was surprised at Jinbe's brutality towards them, continuing to beat them long after they had lost consciousness. In the aftermath of the battle, Arlong commented on how brutal it was.
During their time roaming the Grand Line, the Sun Pirates battled numerous Marines, including those led by Rear Admiral Kadar. Arlong, who had become completely ruthless, killed a Marine simply because he was human. After the battle, Tiger had a discussion with Jinbe and Arlong, telling them not to kill humans. Otherwise, they will stoop to their level. Tiger went on by saying that their ultimate goal was freeing the oppressed and not becoming cold-blooded murderers, much to Arlong's dismay. When Arlong brought up the suggestion of instilling fear in humans by using ruthlessness, Jinbe smacked him in the head. The Sun Pirates later visited an island where a former slave of Mary Geoise named Koala resided. The inhabitants there had no way of returning the girl to her homeland, so they asked the Sun Pirates to take her. After she boarded the Sun Pirates ship, Arlong hit her for being a human and had to be restrained by Hatchan.
Even though most of the Sun Pirates warmed up to Koala, Arlong remained antagonistic towards her. He believed that Koala was no different from the cruel humans, but Jinbe disagreed with him. Eventually, Koala was returned to her home, Foolshout Island and Arlong merely commented that Koala was just going to grow up into the humans he has known and hated. Not long after Koala returned to her family, the Sun Pirates realized that the citizens there betrayed Tiger and the crew by summoning the Marines in exchange for ignoring Koala's status as property of the World Nobles. In the ensuing battle with the Marines led by Rear Admiral Strawberry, Fisher Tiger was badly wounded. The Sun Pirates lost their ship, but they were able to steal a Marine ship and escaped.
On board the stolen Marine ship, the crew tried to save Tiger's life with a blood transfusion using human blood, but Tiger firmly refused the transfusion. Tiger told the crew that he was in truth a slave who escaped Mary Geoise, and that he could never truly love humans due to all that happened. He ultimately died from blood loss.
Arlong, enraged by the treachery that led to his captain's death, returned to Foolshout Island in an attempt to murder all its citizens in revenge, but Vice Admiral Borsalino defeated and captured him.
Arlong was then brought to G-2, where he was interrogated. Arlong lied about Fisher Tiger's death to preserve his honor. Arlong was then imprisoned in Impel Down. Sometime later, following the recruitment of Jinbe into the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Arlong was released. Arlong then expressed his resentment towards Jinbe for becoming a "government dog" and told him that he was going to go back to being captain of the Arlong Pirates.
Jinbe and Arlong's last scuffle.
At an island, Arlong told Jinbe to kill him if he wanted to stop him or he would do as he pleased. Arlong's arrogance then led him to a fight with Jinbe. This resulted in Arlong being beaten to a pulp carried off afterward. Jinbe left Arlong alone as the two went their separate ways. Jinbe allowed the Arlong Pirates to run loose in East Blue, and this was a decision that the Warlord would later regret. Arlong had also attempted to recruit both Hyouzou and Vander Decken IX, the first turning down Arlong for not paying enough and the second refusing to be the subordinate of another.
When Arlong and his crew (including Hatchan, Chew, and Kuroobi) first arrived on the island that would someday become Arlong Park, the first village he encountered was Cocoyasi Village, the home of Nami.Arlong then proceeded to extort money out of the residents of Cocoyasi Village. Adults would have to pay Beli100,000 and children would pay Beli50,000 or be executed by Arlong's men. Bell-mère (Nami's adoptive mother) only had Beli100,000 so she decided to pay for Nami and Nojiko and sacrifice herself. Arlong shot her in front of her children as an example of disobedience.
As the pirates began to leave, Arlong learned about Nami's skill in regard to creating maps. He forced Nami to become part of his crew as a mapmaker and told her that he would free her village and everyone in it, including her adoptive sister Nojiko, if she brought him Beli100,000,000.
Arlong set up his domain on Cocoyasi Village, with a number of smaller villages in the vicinity under his control. Arlong dismantled his original galleon and used the materials to build Arlong Park, an eight-story building that served as his headquarters. From Arlong Park, Arlong hoped to conquer all of East Blue using superior underwater tactics through maps drawn by Nami that charted underwater terrain.
Arlong has the highest bounty in the East Blue of 20 million beli.
*Arlong Pov*
I was resting on the chair while drinking some juice seeing Hatchan and kuroobi coming inside I asked.
" Will did you find out something"
" Not much" kuroobi shok his head.
" Not much meaning" I asked.
" Will they don't know anything about Nami and here sister also don't know where nami is but"
" Again with the but I said kuroobi just tell me what you know"
" Well she said nami should me back in 2 months"
" 2 months ha"
I was lost in thoughts
' will she really run away'
' leaving here sister and villagers '
Standing up and looking at sea and " what did you say to them"
" If she doesn't come back in next 2 months everyone in village will die"
I turned and looked at him " will great work so we will wait 2 months and see if she returns otherwise we will kill one villager one day and keeping killing until her sister is remaining and also kill her when nami comes back"
Hatchan who was standing silent asked" what if she comes back in 2 months "
I looked at hatchan who was not all cruel to human like us and have some gentle side to him and said " if she comes back everyone lives but if she doesn't show me the maps and sea currents she has drawn she will be in big trouble"
Hearing this hatchan nodded his head.
Seting back on chair i started drinking juice again.
' I really hope that human girl will come back otherwise'With murderous eyes i thought.
*Atharva and Nami Pov*
After we finished eating.
" Its already getting dark why not we visit the city and see what it has to offer"
Hearing this I was surprised " really darling 💞 I thought you will say let's go back and Depart early in the morning "
" Well that is the plan going early in the morning but we have time for us begin alone why not eat various things and visit the city, and it's been 12 years since I saw lot of peoples"
" You are right, once we depart early in the morning 🌄 there is a long journey towards conomi island and who knows how long we will get time alone for ourself"
" Ok let's keep our shopping items in the room and go"
After keeping our thing we started the tour of the city, we visited many Shops and eat various different thinks.
We had lot of fun, late at night we returned to our hotel, cleaned our faces and just sleep in each others arms. About the lingeries think we decided to wait until we save the villagers and relax completely to do that.
And about our nightly activity well because we both were exhausted and have to wake up early so decided not doing it.
*Early in the morning 🌄*
We wake up early, got fresh and exited the hotel checking out with receptionist.
We come near our boat which was docked near.
And checked everything was ok with the boat and our remaining material was on board without missing anything.
I stored the supplies and clothes that we bought, while nami started controlling the boat to leave port.
" We are going straight to conomi island without stopping everyone is waiting for us especially your sister"
Hearing this I saw my sister laughing while hugging me.
" Yes they are waiting for us let's go darling 💞"
Looking at nami who was looking energytic i smiled.
' hope you are ready Arlong '
