Chương 35: Chapter 35 Eiji VS Kuryo!
As Eiji and Kuryo started their fight, the crowd was buzzing with excitement.
"Hey! This Eiji kid! This is the first time he didn't managed to one hit his opponent, right?!"
"Yeah! It seems like the kid from the Ignis Clan is very strong!"
"Of course he is! He's from a bug clan! My money is on him! YOU BETTER WIN IGNIS CLAN KID!!"
The people that watched the matches from before and remembered the way Eiji end his fights, was talking about his previous exploits of one hitting his opponents, yet couldn't do it in this match.
This was a clear indication that the opponent this time was strong and had prepared very well against his fight style.

In the arena, Eiji backed up in retreat as Kuryo charged towards him with the flames ignited in his wooden katana!
*Baaanngg!!
Everytime Eiji dodged Kuryo's attack, the place that Eiji was before would be scorched by Kuryo's Flames!
Kuryo didn't stop regardless if he hit Eiji or not and continued to pressure Eiji with his wild and fiery swordsmanship!
"Haaarrrgggh!!!!!"
*Baanngh!!
Eiji continued to dodge Kuryo, he knew that he can't exchange clashes with him, much less get hit, so he could only dodge him.
"Hmmp! So this is just all he is? This Oprhan bastard!?"
In the audience, Herald muttered as he watched Eiji's struggle to dodge Kuryo's attacks.
Karma heard him but didn't say anything, he could feel that Eiji hasn't attacked since hisfirst strike of the fight, from the way he's looking at Kuryo, Karma knew he was waiting for his opening, and when he does he see that opening, then..
*Baaanngg!!
"Haaaaaaahhhh!!!"
And just as Karma was thinking about it, after Kuryo struck the ground in futility once again, he heaved a long breath, clearly a bit tired from Eiji's dodges and his pursuit.
*Swoooooshhhh!!!!!!!
This small heaved and pause for breath of him had just cost him a lot though!
*Swoosh!!
*Baaanngg!!!
The moment he paused, Eiji already vanished from his place and swung his wooden katana decisively at Kuryo in full force, with his Quick Draw technique!
*Baaanngg!!!!
Kuryo was struck by the chest and flew out a few meters away from Eiji!
"Winner Noya Eiji!"
After the teacher cheked Kuryo's condition, he announced Eiji's win.
*Sigh!
Eiji sighed and walked back to his seat.

"Oohhh!! That Eiji kid wittled him down!"
"Damnit! Why is that kid from a big clan has such low stamina?!"
As the crowd buzzed in excitement once again, Newark watched Eiji who was walking towards him with a weird gaze.

"So you can just wittle us out bit by bit like that?!"
After a few seconds of silence, Newark asked him that question.
Although their clan's blood sword power gives them great powers, enhanced physical defense and savage like attacks, it also drains their stamina quite a lot, and the longer the fight goes on, the more they lose stamina, ki and even rationality!
".. not really, I've had a few chances, but I could also get hit if I took them, so I decided to opt for the safer option."

Newark was a bit stunned at Eiji, what he said basically means he could attack while he was backing up and dodging but decided not to, just to be safe!
Newark shook his head and decided to not think about Eiji, Eiji was too fast for him, what he needs to do is to concentrate and wait for his next fight.
The two of them watched the matches that went up. Then finally.

Ignis Newark VS Huna Sean!"
Finally, after a few matches, Newark was now gonna fight, and his opponent was someone he wanted to fight since yesterday!

Newark suddenly bursted in energy as he ran towards the arena in a hurry!
Eiji could clearly see the eagerness in Newark's face right now, he shook his head and concentrated on the match between them.
