Luo Shu and Lu Hanmo walked into Bolton Winery and were immediately greeted by a rich fragrance of wine, so pure and inviting that one couldn't help but feel the urge to try it.
There weren't many customers in the shop, and as dusk was falling, the number of patrons on the street had dwindled significantly.
Luo Shu glanced at the wine racks displaying red wines and looked at the store owner, who was staring outside at the darkening sky with a panicked expression, "Hello! How many bottles of this Lafite do you have in stock?"
"Two cases, eighteen bottles," the owner replied, his gaze still fixed outside as if he feared something might suddenly rush in. With nightfall, his worst fears would come alive; he dreaded the bats, those who were bitten by them, and the dark night itself.
"Then please get them for me, I'll take them all," Luo Shu said.
"All right!" the owner nodded and hurried towards the back storage. He just wanted to finish the business quickly and close the shop.
