As Mitchel said, Kamille did meet the Union General, and the latter invited him for a chat. Without having any mood to do anything, Kamille just agreed. 

The first part of the conversation was not particularly interesting; Kamille did not even pay attention to most of it until... 

The conversation suddenly shifted to Rise. 

"I heard Rise Lee joined your Guild." The Union General spoke so casually, seemingly just reminded of this matter. He sipped on his tea, blowing it up slightly as he waited for Kamille's response.
