Tanya opened her eyes groggily. With her eyes half closed, she looked at the red eyes of the person who was treating him.
She wondered what her friend was doing here…
"Shut up…"
"WHAT SHUT UP?! WHO THE FUCK TOLD ME TO SHUT UP!"
"Shut up… and calm down… you're giving me a headache…"
Felix then noticed Tanya's half-open eyes.
"You're awake…"
"What? You want me… to be unconscious so that… no one would… berate y-"
At the end of Tanya's sentence, she suddenly stopped her words and groggily closed her eyes.
Felix knew how important it is for a gunshot survivor to stay awake. It helps medical personnel monitor the victim's level of consciousness, prevents shock, allows the victim to communicate symptoms, reduces panic, and prevents complications such as airway obstruction.
"Hey, Tanya! Stay awake alright!"
Felix lightly slapped Tanya's cheeks, which did not hurt, but it literally annoyed Tanya. The annoyance that Tanya felt gave her a little bit of will to stay awake.
"Stop! Don't slap… me!"
"Alright. I will not slap you, but in return, tell me what happened?"
"I got… shot."
"Pfft, thanks Captain Obvious. Just tell me slowly alright?"
'Hmm… Well, there are flies… were flies who flew… around the Norden.. Front… They were really… annoying.. ARGH! STOP PINCHING MY CHEEKS!"

Felix just shrugged his shoulders while still putting pressure on Tanya's gunshot wound with his right hand, and with his left hand slightly annoying Tanya, in order to keep her awake.
While Tanya continued her story slowly, Felix was internally thinking of something.
This did not happen in the manga…or even the anime… not even in the LN… The most wounded Tanya that I know is during the start of the series, here in Norden also… This world is really a lot different from the manga or the anime… Also…
Red. Tanya's blood is red…. She is not the most 'good' person that I know, but her blood is red… That ticks off the theory that the closest the color of the blood is to red, the 'gooder' a person is….
If so… what does it mean…?
"Hey.., are you still… listening…?"
"Yeah, bombers flew, you boom them, you dead enemy, go on."

Felix looked at the continually speaking Tanya. Although her purplish blue eyes are a little bit groggy, he can still see the will to stay awake… But Felix knew that it was not a positive situation…
The healing spells are not working, the wounds are rather large…. 2 three-finger wide wounds… A rather large amount of stitches, etc. are needed in order to treat these kinds of wounds…

"YOUR HIGHNESS! A GROUP OF MAGES APPEARED IN FRONT OF THE TENT!"
"Wing? Mages? Why are they here?! Hey, nurse! Exchange with me for a moment!"
"Where are you… going, Felix?"
Felix pinched Tanya's cheeks and said.
"Don't worry about it."
Tanya, in return, softly punched Felix's left arm, which made Felix chuckle.
Felix then went towards the entrance of the tent, but before he left, he readied his Imperial Guards and Tanya's Squadron leaders.
"Ladies and gents, secretly grab your gun. Prepare. If things get worse, then… open fire. Am I clear?"
""Yes, your highness.""
"Mage nurses, immediately pop up your shields as soon as the worst thing happens. Protect the patients at all costs."
""Yes, your highness.""
"I will just talk with these people on what they are doing here."
Felix left the flap of the tent and immediately noticed the group of mages.
Their number is at least 30 mages. ⅓ of this group or 8 mages, are standing at land and can be seen within at least 20 meters away from him.
The other 22 mages can be seen floating at least 50 meters away from Felix.
He also noticed that it was neither the Francois mages or the Alliance mages that were in front of him, but rather they were Commonwealth mages.
However, these commonwealth mages are a bit subpar…
Normally, the commonwealth mages use a flying device that looks like Hagrid's motorbike, minus the sidecar, plus the gatling gun in front and the propulsion system on the back of the bike.
The flying device was also used as their 'gun' while flying. It is a really advanced craft in this day and age.
The only downfall I can think of is that it is not as flexible as having the gun in your arms. If a mage has their gun carried, then they can swing freely, however, if they use the commonwealth's craft, then they are only obliged to fire in a single direction only.
On the other hand, these mages in front of Felix do not use the Commonwealth's advanced mage equipment that he knew of. Instead, they are just floating with their gun in hand and an operation orb as their flying device.
Thinking about the Commonwealth's mage equipment, Felix also considers making flying equipment for the Empire's mages. Maybe… make it jetpack style? Uses miniaturized jet engine technology? Additional Operation orb embedded within as power? It will be a story for another time.
Going back to Felix's current situation, Felix was internally relieved since he does not need to have a translator beside him since the Commonwealth language is English.
He also thought about how these mages slip past through the frontlines…
Through the beaches? Nein… There are numerous Anti-Air installations there…
Was the frontline pushed back? Possible. But we should've received news from the Command Center, to retreat further back…
Felix thought about it more and concluded… A mole… There's a mole in the Empire. It is not possible that the mole is from the Command Center since it is protocol to also contact us if they moved the frontline…
So… A lower-ranking frontline officer… With his/her power, the officer would likely move the squad without even telling the Command Center…
Pushing aside the topic for later. Felix then attempted to talk to the man in front of the group but he was rudely interrupted by the same man.
"GIVE US THE DEVIL OF RHINE AND WE WILL NOT OPEN FIRE UPON THIS MEDICAL TENT!"
"You do know that it is against the Geneva Convention to open fire upon medical personnel right?"
"AGAIN! GIVE US THE DEVIL OF RHINE AND WE WILL NOT OPEN FIRE UPON THIS MEDICAL TENT!"
"You guys are crazy. I'm quite irritated right now so don-"
*BANG*
An explosive bullet was fired by the man and exploded right at Felix's face causing smoke to appear.
After a few seconds, the smoke subsided, revealing Felix that was untouched, save for the shield in front of him.
Felix can hear the rustling in the tent behind him but he signals them to standby for a moment and wait for his signal.
"Haisst, peace was never really an option is it?"
Felix activated the power of his eyes. In an instant, numerous trajectories can be seen, both from in front of him and behind him.
Felix, with his bloodied hands, enhanced it with his mana, and reached down to the inner pocket of his coat. He then grabbed his Desert Eagle hidden in his coat. While still within the coat, Felix pulled the gun's hammer and removed the safety.
Felix then aimed at the man in front and instantly fired two bullets.
*BANG* *BANG*
One bullet activated the person's shield and cracked it.
The second bullet went through the cracked shield and into the person's head.
All of this sequence happened within 1.89 seconds which, while still alert, greatly surprised the group of Commonwealth mages.
In an instant, numerous M1 Garands were pointed towards his direction but before the enemy could fire, numerous bullets flew towards the mages floating in the air, which killed at least 5 of them.
The Empire's mages, 5 from Felix's Imperial Guards and the other 5 are composed of Tanya's Squadron Leaders and her Vice-Commander, flew towards the 17 remaining floating enemies, leaving Felix the 8, no… 7 mages in the land.
Felix largely stepped his right foot towards his right and fired a bullet again towards one of the 7 enemies, resulting in a crack shield.
*BANG*
Felix then largely stepped his left foot towards his right, crossing his legs and fired a bullet again towards the enemy with a cracked shield which went through the shield and into the brain of the enemy.
*BANG*
6 enemies remaining.
4 bullets remaining.
Felix tilted his head to the left in order to dodge a bullet that was aimed at him. With the power to see trajectories, Felix can easily dodge these.
Felix then rolled over the ground to his right in order to dodge a barrage of bullets coming towards him, but… Felix cannot physically dodge all the bullets.
Felix activated his shield towards his left lung in order to shield a coming bullet.
He then aimed again, while half-kneeling towards a person who was roughly around 15 meters away from him.
*BANG*
A shield appeared and cracked.
The enemy rolled toward Felix's right in order to dodge the coming bullet, but… Felix can see the direction he is going.
Felix aimed his desert eagle again and instead of firing, re-aimed it towards the direction the enemy was going… and fired.
*BANG*
5 enemies remaining.
2 bullets remaining.
Seeing that all of their efforts to gun down the enemy were futile, one sensible person from their group ordered the rest to bring the fight closely.
"HE IS JUST A KID! HEY YOU TWO BRING THE FIGHT CLOSER!"
Acknowledging their new superior's command, two people from the group flew towards Felix. They then aimed their bayonets towards Felix as an attempt to stab him to death, but Felix can literally see all of their trajectories.
Felix, with his left hand, calculatedly grabbed the gun of the person who was closest to him and pulled him towards Felix's right, which made the distance between the two just a mere 6 inches, the enemy at Felix's left.
Felix then closely aimed his gun towards the heart of the person with his right arm in a 90 degree angle.
Felix removed his grasp from the enemy's gun and fired his gun on his heart.
*BANG*
With no opportunity for the shield to pop up, the enemy received the bullet straight to his chest and was pushed back, together with his gun, a meter away due to the sheer firepower of Felix's gun.
4 enemies remaining.
1 bullet remaining.
Looking at the closing enemy towards him, Felix leaned forward in order to dodge the coming bayonet. He then coiled his right arm on the enemy's gun causing his desert eagle to face the enemy upside down.
With the desert eagle aimed straight at the enemy's chin, Felix can clearly see the panicked and horrified face of the enemy.
But does Felix care? He does a little bit, but it will still not change the result.
*BANG*
3 enemies remaining.
No bullets remaining.
Felix then tilted his head backwards in order to dodge a bullet coming towards his way.
With the enemy's gun still coiled in Felix's arms and his desert eagle still in an upside down position, Felix pressed the magazine release button of his gun and flicked his wrist away, causing the desert eagle's magazine to fly off, and the coiled gun to fall. (John Wick style)
Felix grabbed a magazine in the pouch by his backside and started to reload his gun.
While reloading, he slowly walked towards the 3 remaining enemies, while staring straight at them.
This giga-chad move greatly unnerved the enemies, which made them momentarily stunned.
Without paying attention to the enemies' reactions, Felix finished his reloading sequence and aimed again.
However, before Felix could fire his gun, a thin piece of light rapidly flew towards Felix. Even though Felix had activated his shield, the bullet still pierced Felix's shield and went straight to his forehead.
The bullet was one of the most prized bullets of one of the enemies of Felix. It was composed of numerous penetration spells which makes any shield virtually useless.
The enemies rejoiced as they saw the bullet go into Felix's brain.
As they prepared to leave to help their allies, one after another, two bullets came from 'Felix's' abdomen.
*BANG* *BANG*
One bullet cracked one of the enemies' shields.
Another bullet went past this cracked shield and went straight into the enemy's lungs. This resulted in a deflated lung and numerous bone fragments scattered into the person's internal organs.
It was a fatal wound.
2 enemies remaining.
6 bullets remaining.
As they saw the standing 'Felix', it suddenly bursted into smoke, leaving a kneeling Felix.
Yes, the 'Felix' who was shot straight in the brain is an optical illusion.
Felix saw the enemy preparing a big one, so Felix concocted this plan.
Just as he was about to be shot, Felix activated this Optical Illusion Spell, stepped back for 2 steps, and knelt down.
This sequence of steps resulted in the bullet going past the real Felix and a dead enemy.
Felix stood up again from his kneeling position.
He then dusted off his knees and approached the remaining 2 enemies.
He slowly stepped his right foot towards the enemies, which made them shake.
He slowly stepped his left foot towards them, which made them shake more.
"STOP! DON'T COME CLOSER!!"
Right foot…
Left foot…
Right foot…
He was now within 10 meters of the enemies.
He firmly pressed his right foot towards the ground and rapidly went towards the enemies.
In an instant, 2 bullets went past Felix's head. Yes, it was a nearly point blank shot, yet the enemies can't hit Felix. This is because the enemies are now currently unnerved, shaking, and out of their minds.
Looking at the 'devil' in front of them, who had killed all of their friends, alone, with just a pistol, a fucking pistol, greatly unnerved them.
Felix knew that the bullets would not hit him so he continued his rapid approach.
As soon as Felix was within 5 meters near them, Felix aimed at one of the enemy's legs and fired.
*BANG*
A bullet hit the enemy's shin, resulting in a broken bone and a world of pain.
The enemy curled down towards the ground.
The other remaining enemy, looking at this, attempted to escape. He showed his back towards Felix and… it was a bad idea.
Felix shot 3 bullets towards this man.
*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*
One hit the enemy's thigh resulting in a broken femur.
One hit the enemy's abdomen, resulting in his internal organs spilling out.
One hit the enemy's neck, resulting in his airway getting cut off.
It was a brutal killing and it scared the remaining enemy who was curled down in the ground.
1 enemy remaining.
2 bullets remaining.
Felix then walked towards the curled enemy and attempted to grab some information on who was supposed to be the impostor in their army.
"Hey."
*A LITTLE BIT OF TORTURE INCOMING*
Felix kicked the broken shin of the enemy, resulting in much more pain.
"AAAAARRRRGHHH!!!!"
"I'll give you a deal. Tell me who was the mole in the army and I'll finish you off quickly."
"AAAAARRRRGHHH!!!! IT… IT…. IT WAS YOUR MOM!!!!!!"
Felix smiled and immediately shot another bullet towards the other shin of the enemy.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!"
"The deal is simple, tell me and you will not have to suffer more."
*TORTURE SCENE DONE*
Suddenly, the man turned silent. He looked straight into Felix's eyes, smiled, and said some eerie words.
"The Sun will wait for you."
In an instant, blood flowed from every orifice of the man.
To his death, the man laughed and laughed.
"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
Felix just looks straight into this person's face.
It was something novel for Felix.
A person that was being tortured should be scared out of his wits. However… this person just laughs… and laughs… and laughs… until his death.
He now knew that someone, or something, had made these events possible.
A simple man could not have done such acts alone. This means that a group is currently living in the shadows. A group which is being helped by someone or something divine….
Putting out the thoughts from Felix's mind, he then looked towards the remaining enemies that were floating in the sky. He looked and noticed that it was now silent… All of the mages are now in front of Felix.
It seems that a few minutes had passed since the enemy on the ground started to laugh.
To silence the person, Felix fired his 2 remaining bullets towards the head of this person.
*BANG* *BANG*
No enemies remaining.
No bullets remaining.
Felix then walked back towards the tent, flanked by the Empire's mages.
Going back to the tent, Felix saw Tanya looking towards them with her groggy eyes.
"Hey… done?"
"Yeah.:
Felix came closer towards Tanya and without any hesitation, summoned the golden apple.
Tanya can feel that the golden apple that Felix summoned is something of divine nature, which is different from Being-X's nature. She knew that it would definitely help her from her current injuries.
"COME EAT THIS FAST!"
Felix pushed the golden apple towards Tanya's face before any signs of Being-X, yet he was still late…
Time was put into a stop, just when the apple was 6 inches away from Tanya's face…
Felix then heard a voice from behind him.
"Oh, so you are the rat."
"Tell me. How did you appear in this world of mine?"
"I know you can hear me, come on tell me."
Felix was in distress. He knew that Being-X would appear, but he estimated the time wrong…
He was close… Felix was definitely close to letting Tanya heal…
Tanya knew that the apple in Felix's hand would heal her so she attempted to tilt her head forward in order to come close to it but… her movements were locked in place.
She can't move, yet she can feel, hear, see, and even talk.
"Don't… don't… touch him!"
"Why? You just barely knew each other for just a mere 5 months. Heck, you didn't even know that he is from another world too."
"Why would I bother myself to make a variable alive? This world is my kingdom. My own source of strength. Why would I keep someone who is a threat to my own, alive?"
Felix can feel from behind him that Being-X is coming closer. He then felt a gun aimed towards his head.
"Sorry, nothing personal."
SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!
I STILL HAVEN'T FED TANYA THIS APPLE!
SHIT!
LIVE! I NEED TO LIVE!
SHIT!
Felix heard the pressing of Being-X's finger on the trigger.
SHIT!
I NEED SOMETHING!
TANYA NEEDS TO LIVE! SHE STILL NEEDS TO FUCKING LIVE!
GODDESS!!
HELP ME GODDESS!!
Felix heard the gun spewing a bullet towards him.
SHIT!!
As a last resort, Felix activated the operation orb that was deep in his coat's pocket.
He knew that it would probably not work, since he tried activating it before… but when push comes to shove… anything would do… and it did.
In an instant, a large shield appeared behind Felix, bouncing off the bullet fired behind him.

Felix then felt free. He can now move his whole body, even his arms, and so he did.
Felix pushed the apple towards Tanya's mouth in order to heal her.
Being-X saw this and decided that playtime is over. He then attempted to erase his existence, making Felix's existence just a mere lie, yet…
"Fufufu, you would not like that."
In front of Felix, a huge tree appeared. Looking at his surroundings, half of his world transformed into the forest he previously knew of. The other half is composed of the tent that they were previously situated in.
From behind him, Felix heard the words of Being-X.
"What are you doing here? Go now. This is not your place."
"Oh come on, it's been a long time since we have seen each other right? When was it? Hmm… I think it was during the time Thiassi kidnapped me to the realm of giants… You even dared to impersonate Loki, just to make the act believable, all for what? My apples?"
"What. Are. You. Doing. Here."
As Being-X said every word, Felix and Tanya felt that the space itself became pressurized, making them feel suffocated… However, a nice, soft, gentle breeze blew past them which relieved them from the said pressure.
"Fufufu, come on now, don't be like that,... Belial. Fufufu"

I hope you like the action sequence haha, I tried doing it in our backyard, it was kinda… doable haha.
Next chapter involves the two divine being's talk, well one divine being and a devil…
