MANTIS operations success rate soared from 47% to an impressive 85% with the help of Ai bronya and Mei.
The results were encouraging, but Kevin couldn't help but feel a little concern because Elysia identity as a Herrscher was something that needed to be carefully hidden.
On evening, Kevin decided to talk to her about it. He found her lounging on the balcony of their shared quarters, the night air cool and the sky dotted with stars. She smiled when she saw him approach.
"Success feels good, doesn't it?" Elysia said, her voice soft and melodic, her pink hair fluttering in the breeze.
Kevin stood beside her, resting his arms on the railing as he looked out at the night. "It does. But... there's something I need to talk to you about."
Elysia raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? Is this about our MANTIS operations? Or maybe something else?"
Kevin exhaled. "It's about your identity as a Herrscher. There's a chance that either Mei or Mobius might discover who you really are. As Kevin was speaking elysia told her something.
Elysia's eyes sparkled mischievously. "Oh, Kevin, you worry too much," she said with a playful grin. "I've already developed a way to influence people's memories using my powers. It's a neat little trick, don't you think?"
Kevin looked at her with mock surprise, his eyes widening. "Oh my... when did Ellie become so good at innovating?" His tone was filled with exaggerated shock.
Elysia pouted and playfully swatted him on the arm. "you meanie!"
Kevin laughed and pulled her closer, wrapping an arm around her waist. "I'm just kidding. I know you have more potential than me," he said, his voice becoming more sincere..
She smiled at him, a blush tinting her cheeks. "Potential, huh? Please, don't compare me to you. You're a freak." Her voice softened as she thought to herself, You're were supposed to be the Final Herrscher...
Kevin's face grew serious for a moment as he gazed at her. "Without the authority of Finality, it might be difficult to defeat you," he admitted, his thoughts briefly drifting toward the darker possibilities of the future.
Elysia raised an eyebrow. "What are you planning, Kevin?"
"I'm planning to perform the MANTIS operation on you, same day as Mobius and Mei. You'll be the third," Kevin explained. "Bronya and I will handle the procedure. We'll make sure to manipulate the data and readings which your data shows. Brona will hack Moth machines.
Elysia smirked, leaning into him. "So, I'll be in your hands, huh?" She teased. "Are you going to mark my body permanently this time? All of your hickeys have disappeared, you know." She said while showing her boobs.
Kevin turn a little red and pinched her cheeks lightly. "Elysia, can you be serious for one moment?" he asked "I'm trying to tell you something important."

The serious talk between them faded into playful banter, and before long, they were laughing together, the weight of their responsibilities momentarily forgotten.
Kevin, unable to resist the charm of the pink-haired fairy any longer, swept her off her feet and carried her to bed. Elysia giggled as she wrapped her arms around his neck, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

Kevin smiled softly, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "I'll try to be gentle and hold back," he whispered.

But Kevin wasn't about to let her stay upset with him. He was determined to make it up to her.
"Maybe I should go something for her. She let me do anything which I want."

Kevin then quietly slipped out of bed and began planning his day of dedication for her.
Later that morning, Elysia was lounging on a sofa in their living quarters reading a book. Her thoughts were interrupted when Kevin entered the room, holding a small, delicately wrapped box in his hands.
"Elysia," Kevin said softly, walking up to her. "I got you something."
She looked up at him, raising an eyebrow in suspicion. "And what exactly is that?"
"Your favorite chocolates," Kevin said, opening the box to reveal a selection of beautifully crafted chocolates, each one topped with gold dust and tiny edible flowers.
Elysia's eyes sparkled for a moment as she stared at the luxurious sweets. She reached out to take one but paused and gave Kevin a sideways glance. " Are you bribing me for something ?"
Kevin smile and said. " I'm dedicating this day for my beautiful flower ."
Elysia couldn't help but smile despite herself. She took a bite of one of the chocolates, savoring the rich flavor as it melted on her tongue.
"Are you sure you are mostly busy with missions or training ," she said, her voice filled with sweetness.
"Yes. This day is dedicated to elysia".Kevin said with determination which made elysia laugh a little.
A few hours later, Kevin approached Elysia again, this time holding a small plate of her favorite sweets—delicate pastries drizzled with honey and dusted with powdered sugar. Elysia glanced up from the book she was reading, clearly surprised to see him again.
"You didn't think I'd stop at chocolates, did you?" Kevin teased, holding the plate out to her.
Elysia eyed the pastries with interest before giving him a sly smile. "You really are trying hard, aren't you?"
Kevin nodded seriously. "Of course. I want to make sure you know my care for you."
Elysia took one of the pastries and nibbled on it, clearly enjoying the taste. "Alright. I know how much you love me."
Yes. I know how much overprotective you are. Elysia thought in mind.
By late afternoon, Kevin had one final trick up his sleeve. He returned to Elysia with a small velvet pouch. Elysia, who had been lounging on a plush chair by the window, gave him a curious look as he approached.
"What now?" she asked, though her tone was excited for next surprise.
Kevin knelt down beside her and opened the pouch, revealing a handful of small, glittering gems that shimmered in the sunlight. Elysia's eyes lit up at the sight of them, unable to resist their sparkle.
"Ohhh, shiny…" she murmured, reaching out to pick one up. "You do know me well, don't you?"
Kevin smirked. "I figured these might catch your eye."
Elysia twirled one of the gems between her fingers, admiring its sparkle before setting it down. She looked at Kevin with a soft smile, her earlier frustration finally starting to fade.
"You've certainly gone all out," Elysia admitted, a hint of affection in her voice."
Elysia kiss him, her heart warming as she felt his arms wrap around her. "next time maybe we should go out on little adventure ?"
Kevin laughed softly. " well soon go on universe tour".
"Universe tour".Elysia said. " Are you talking about traveling in some spaceship"
Kevin just smiled mysteriously and said I'll give you a surprise in future.
